One of the best trips we did whilst on holiday recently. The talk and demonstrations were so engaging - being able to see the birds at such close quarters was amazing. The bird handler was so enthusiastic and clearly cared a great deal for the birds and for their conservation. I did worry for his girlfriend on the roof supporting the vulture display. She was a lot braver than me!
This is an attraction that would be good for all ages - we would go again if we were ever in the area.
There is a cave further up the hill that we didn't visit but that looked like it would be interesting too.

It was my first time back to The Burren in a long while. It was a trip made by two friends a catch up. We headed for the Caves on a mixed weather Oct day and discovered t Burren Birds of Prey Centre - it rained minutes after t show began but that didn't matter it was magical not only did I get to have an eagle on my forearm but I got to experience t presence of raptors t sight and sound or in Owl's case no sounds. Can't recommend t experience more highly oh and their handlers were pretty good too.

This was the highlight of our trip around Clare and Galway. We, unexpectedly, spent hours at this location.

The birds of prey centre is awesome. Such good fun, and educational in a great way. I was particularly excited to see a snowy owl that looked like Hedwig from Harry Potter!!!

The demonstrators are so knowledgeable, engaging and entertaining. I really enjoyed the display and would highly recommend.

The farm shop is definitely worth a visit too!

We had a wonderful time at the Birds of Prey exhibition. Each demonstration will involve different birds of prey; our demonstration included an African eagle, an owl, and a falcon. The handlers were great and the live narrative was informative. The center is doing a great job of rehabilitating animals and releasing them into the wild.

Be prepared to volunteer to get the most from the presentation. The birds will come to you and don't be grossed out by what they are fed; they are predators. This would have been a five-star if there had been a few more birds in the demo.

Originally thought Hawk walk was priced a bit steep but after doing it I can't extol it enough. The guide was fantastic. Very friendly and animated. The birds were incredible. Truly a once in a lifetime experience. It doesn't matter if you can't afford the extra cash, get a loan! Delighted with our experience!!
