Great fish and chips. Light batter, fish very fresh. Service was excellent and the room was very cozy

Just had the 12 hour slow roasted lamb shank and beef which were amazing. Atmosphere relaxed and Guiness good as well. 4 very happy blokes.
Nice pub , good food , was quite when I was in so food was quick , I may call on another trip to the town .
On our last night in L-kenny we went there after reading all the good reviews on Trip. We ordered the fish cakes and they were ok, but not great, and then the Beef Guinness stew. That was the worst stew we had in our 2 week trip in Ireland. It was more like shepherds pie, very dry with no taste. Very disappointed! We should’ve stayed with the Yellow Pepper restaurant where the food was really very good!
A nice place to be. The night we visited it some kids were playing music . It was wonderful ! Good drinks and friendly people
