Staff could not be more accommodating! Especially Odhran! Service with a smile. could not recommend more!

We ate here on a Friday evening. Was very busy but we waited at bar until they had a table for us. I'm coeliac which thankfully was not a problem. Two of us had steak and 3rd chicken. Staff were really friendly, food was hot and steaks cooked way we asked, one rare. Definitely go back. Music in bar shortly before we left also very good.

We were on hols in Letterkenny. Read good reviews so thought we will give it a try. I asked if its possible to get main course size of chowder with no mussels as i am allergic to shellfish. I Asked nicely if its possible to have it without any shellfish.Waiter went and asked. Chef said its ok. What did i get? Starter size of chowder with clamps. When i asked waiter why is it a soup bowl of chowder he said they do same size for starter and main course. Oh ok. Never worry. What did i have in my chowder? Clams!!! Chef said its not mussels when i asked. Its clams. Both clearly shellfish . I mean how can chef not knows that clams are shellfish ?? no clue. and the rest of the family though the food is nothing special either. Try yellow pepper they do have a clue about what they are doing.

Great fish and chips. Light batter, fish very fresh. Service was excellent and the room was very cozy

Just had the 12 hour slow roasted lamb shank and beef which were amazing. Atmosphere relaxed and Guiness good as well. 4 very happy blokes.
