“Not the best!”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 May 2014 via mobile

We stopped at the main st store thinking of having breakfast. The waitress seemed annoyed we moved table and that we hadn't chose what we wanted to eat. We got one tea which was not a good tea ( cheap brand ) and were charged 2.50 for it. Personally I wouldn't go back but that's just my own experience.

“Panini's are not breadrolls heated up in the oven!”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 April 2014

Dropped in here for brunch with my boyfriend before we hit the road for Dublin again. Both of us ordered a panini each, thinking we were going to get the normal white panini roll with ingredients inside and the roll toasted in the panini toaster that compresses it, almost making it flat!? Instead, the panini was made on a white bread roll (more like a Subway!), popped into the oven and served with a small side salad. We were both a bit disappointed with this! I think they need to amend their menu's a little!

“First visit to the Main Street outlet”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 March 2014

Having previously eaten at the Retail Park outlet, we thought we would try the other one for a light lunch whilst staying in the area. The choice of food made selection difficult, but the four of us were all pleased with our meals. I had a tuna melt bagel, also selected were the small fry (which is served with toast and either tea of coffee, making it excellent value), an open prawn sandwich and a chicken wrap. The service was efficient and the staff friendly. We will certainly call again when in the area - if this wasn't 100 miles from home we would definitely become regulars!

“Late Lunch”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 March 2014

Had reason to be in Letterkenny yesterday and by 2pm my husband and I were starving. We happened by chance to turn into the Retail park and I spotted The Kitchen. It looked good from the outside so we went in to check the menu and decided to try it out. Well what food! My husband ordered the Steak Sandwich with chips - he loves his food but it nearly beat him! I had a chicken and cheese toasted sandwich with salad - toasted just perfect for me. And a pot of nice tea. This is a great spot for lunch - value for money and free parking. We will return and in the meantime tell everyone about it.

“Good spot to stop for lunch -”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 November 2013

This is a good place to stop for lunch in Letterkenny. The Kitchen is in a new bright unit in the retail park so parking is easy which is unusual in Letterkenny.

Good for homecooked fresh food. They are only open during the day and not in the evening. Warm chicken salad special was tasty and the other half had the homemade curry special which went down well. Its not expensive being less than €10 per head for the full lunch and coffee. Staff were helpfula nd friendly. The owners were there as well keeping things moving smoothly and are doing a great job.

Keep it up.
