WOW, this place has the best coffee in Ireland. In addition they have the best brownie's I have ever had. In fact I told the group I was traveling with that the Brownie's were better than sex!

Our walk to the cliffs of Kilkee started with a coffees, scone, and a bagel at Diamond Rocks. All good. Actually the cappuccino was perfect. We should have asked for the scone to be warmed up. The staff was friendly as well as the owner, who came up and chatted with us for a while. She found out we were staying in Ballyvaughan and the conversation switched to discussing the restaurants we found in Ballyvaughan.

Oh, and the view. Priceless!

Overall a must stop at either the start or end of your walk of the cliffs.

We used this as a meeting point and we're totally delighted in what great breakfast foods and coffee we found. One group member claims it was the best brownie EVER. Sparkling clean, pretty views, great launch to cliff walk. Do stop here, can only imagine lunches are as good.

I visited Diamond Rocks over the last weekend in April to attend a wedding reception. An amazing marquee had been attached to the side of the café where the main part of the wedding reception was held. What a venue and what a position on the cliffs overlooking the sea. The daytime café is a regular spot for people who walk the cliffs at that end of Kilkee. It was closed for the day for the wedding. There were over 150+ guests at the reception and the venue was perfect, the food was excellent and the staff incredible. Nothing was too much trouble. The event started with a Prosecco reception, followed by vintage afternoon tea, followed much later by a BBQ then finally a midnight feast. Everything was very high quality and I would recommend this as a wedding reception venue.

We returned the following day when the 'normal' café was open to the public. We needed exercise to walk off all the wonderful food of the previous day. We had a great cup of coffee....and the cakes were to die for! The lunches we saw being served looked very nice, and substantial. Good value for money. And the same staff who had been working at the wedding reception the previous night were all there serving.

Would strongly recommend a visit to Diamond Rocks if you are ever in Kilkee.

Wow is all I can say... We attended a wedding at The Diamond Rocks Cafe in April and the staff, food and view were all brilliant. Our friends hired a marquee which attached to the Diamond Rocks Cafe. We had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Margaret and Kevin along with their staff who were lovely and couldn't do enough. The food was gorgeous at the wedding(also plentiful) and we had lunch/breakfast there the following day while we enjoyed the sun. Everyone needs to visit this amazing location sit back and enjoy a coffee while taking in the beautiful scenery.
