“Dome make me leave”
Reviewed 12 August 2013

I'm still listening to my 2 year old son talk about the "dome" a magical place especially for kids. He hasn't many words but "dome" is most of them. We stayed for 2 nights and it was the most perfect holiday I've had since my days backpacking. Our son had a his leg in a cast and couldn't walk very well until he arrived and forgot all about his leg and ran up and down the site with the other children. They have a great campers kitchen and pizza oven if you need it. We drank hot chocolate at the open fire under the full moon, what more could you ask for. We'll definitely be back and this time I might try the yoga on offer.
highly reccommended!

Room Tip: also have bell tents to hire if you haven't got your own tent.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of July, and loved it. Friendly owners Kevin and Trea, with Kevin always on hand to chat to or ask questions of. Great facilities - solar showers, home-built sauna and pizza oven, sheltered area for washing up and eating...
It's also great to stay somewhere that you can see has been developed with the local environment in mind.

Stayed here during the best 2 weeks of July I can ever remember, this is just the most tranquil place you can stay, from the minute you get the tent up time just disapears - we stayed in the orchard away from the main field were there was loads of familys with kids running wild, and it was like a whole different world, so peaceful and quiet,
Everything in the shower block was spotless and the owners were so friendly and helpful....before you leave make sure and read THE Poem, in the shower block, it makes you think
Would recommend this to everyone and we will definately be back

We stayed here for one night, had a lovely time, we camped in the wild camping among the trees which was very private and peaceful (apart from the briefly singing donkey!) the place has great facilities and Kevin was beyond helpful and nice.

The site was amazing we decided to take the rough camping option and we camped in a secluded area of the forest which was great and I would recommend this for groups of adults and I would recommend camping in the field for people with kids. We were in a group of 9 adults, it was nice to be able to have our own camp fire the owners provided us with a chimnea to use which was great. The price was a winner €12 per night for the pitch and then €2 per person per night fantastic value!!
The area is fantastic there are some beautiful beaches and cliff walks (we were only there for 2 days so didn't get a chance to do it all)
We will defiantly be returning to this hidden gem.

we had a ball camping in Querrin at the weekend, what amazing facilities for kids, our 3 yr old was off playing for hours while we relaxed back and drank some beers in the sun, then up early enough for a yoga class sunday morning, would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

Was there Friday - Sunday last (July 5th - 7th). Myself and a few friends had an excellent weekend at Purecamping and Tray and Kevin (owners) were very helpful throughout. The camp site is nicely secluded with enormous spacious tents, and only a ten minute drive into Kilkee town where the surfing was excellent. Five Stars
