Nice and quite place to stay for our short break in the area. We really appreciate the good recommendations from the owner to have dinner in The Vee Bistro, Tramore, where they really take care of us and serve really gorgeous food. Good located and views to the sea.

Tramore is very quiet in the off season. We were the only guests in this nice B&B with ocean views and a gracious and accommodating hostess, Maria. The breakfast room was notable with lots of Georgian charm. Breakfast was quite heavy on meat, so if you want less, say so. Dinner recommendation was just what we wanted (Victoria House) and in easy walking distance. There's a nice walk along the promenade and the strand, even in the dark, and all the usual beach town arcades and amusements. We stayed here instead of in Waterford and that was a perfect choice.

We arrived at this beautiful house and were greeted by John, our host. Our room was perfect for the four of us. John recommended a terrific restaurant for dinner and we walked around this lovely seaside town. Breakfast the next morning was so great, we all enjoyed it. What a wonderful way to start our vacation. Maria, sorry we missed you but we all loved John. Thanks for a great stay. Hope we can return some day.

The four of us arrived in Tramore in the late afternoon and were warmly welcomed when enquiring at Killerig House for one nights B&B. Maria showed us around and we chose two lovely rooms with views of the distant sea. The rooms were nicely appointed with tasteful furnishings, comfortable beds, nice clean bathroom, good lighting, TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast room was excellent with contemporary furnishings and tableware, lovely food and choice. Maria's pancakes were delicious! Those wanting a well priced comfortable night with breakfast should give killerig House a try.

What a joy it was to walk into this beautiful house and be shown to a delightful room overlooking the sea. Maria is a lovely host and very easy to engage with. We loved the location and found it a good base to explore more of County Waterford. We were served breakfast in a tastefully furnished dining room at the front of the house and Maria was very keen to make sure that you had everything you needed. Do not hesitate in booking Killerig House we loved it.

Lynn and Noel Power.

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the front of the house to get the best views
