“Great fun filled experience”
Reviewed 22 December 2013

Group of us attended the medieval feast and from start to finish we had a great time. Upon entry you are given wine from the old style drinking cups and you are entertained by lovely harp and violin playing in a lovely old style room of the castle. After a while a speech is made and you are escorted to the banquet room where you take your seats and are handed out your starter, main course, desert in between some fun including a member of the publin being sent to the dungeon for being bad., all in good fun. The staff who serve the food out are also the singers and have great voices and know how to entertain the crowd. Overall a great time was had and I would recommend it.

“Medieval.....and more”
Reviewed 28 November 2013

Our group decided to attend the medieval feast. Upon the greeting (my ladies-they replied) I knew this was going to be a wonderful experience. Enter and have a glass of meade with awesome music and great conversations. After the drink they lead us to main dining area, awesome room with really good food. Be careful after soup and ribs (which you eat with your fingers) we were served chicken, potato's and dessert More food than anyone needs. A nice song and musical performance followed dinner. To end the evening we had coffee downstairs on the way out. Loved this event.

“So good!”
Reviewed 21 November 2013 via mobile

I went with my family- all 21 and up in age. Kind of expecting something cheesey but it wasn't at all! They did not over do it with the acting and the food and wine and Meade really created a warm enjoyable environment. The singing was beautiful and the violinist and harpist were extraordinary! Would recommend for anyone wanting to go for entertainment and experience, good food and a bit of historical sittings. we decided to do this last minute and it was a great decision!

“Fabulous experience”
Reviewed 20 November 2013

This was one of the most exciting dinner venues to attend! Great for families and kid friendly. The food was terrific and the entertainment outstanding. Danny Boy brought the room to its feet! Everyone was so gratuitous and were so knowledgeable about the history of Ireland and the castle. Handicap accessible too! A must do when visiting Ireland. Would attend again.

“A medieval feast, a great show and a feeling of happiness to be there.”
Reviewed 22 October 2013

It was a feast for the tummy, the eyes, and the ears as the staff did a wonderful job of serving a hearty meal, put on a show of song and dance and made the experience a time to remember for everyone who attends. The servers are a part of the show and it starts with a Welcome and continues to the departing feeling like you made 50 new friends. The food was OK, but the charm, the laughter, the gaiety and warmth made it seem like a Royal Feast. Not a single thing to complain about from beginning to end. Terrific for children and adults.
