Stayed here in November. Nice hotel, nice rooms, good food in the restaurant, but the when we were it was over run by kids. If you don't mind that, that's fine, but the lobby, bar, corridors and restaurant were full of kids. At breakfast it was like a cross between a creche and a lunatic asylum.
Views and walks in the area are great, and the staff were helpful & polite, although checking in took a bit of time. The rooms were decent sized, clean, and comfortable, with a strong hot shower, and a bath.
The food was very nice - a surprisingly varied menu, with lots of choice and good wines. We ate there two of three nights and enjoyed both our meals (luckily there were no children there at that time).
So once there's no kids there its nice, quiet, and comfortable!
