This hotel is fine if you want somewhere to throw your head down. It's definitely not a four star. Three at best! Room is clean. Our room was at the front towards the street which meant we were woken by the nightclub crowd when their night ended! Didn't eat there or use the leisure centre.

We stayed here one night while driving the wild alantic way. The hotel has no atamsphere at all we were put in a room on the secont floor over the lesure cente. I have to say the bed was the most uncomfertable i have sleept in a long time it was so hard. and the room was beside the local night life so at 2am to 3 am we had revelers out side our room singing and then to top it off at 7 am when the lesure center opened you could hear the thud of the weights in the gym droping coming up though the building. we complaned ans got 20 euro off the room rate which was €120 a night which i think was over priced in the first place would not stay again . would return to lahanch again but would stay some where else.

I stayed here for one night, and then decided to stay for a second night.
Great location, clean rooms, nice staff. Nice pint. Nice facilities.
No faults. Decent price.
Definitely would stay here again.

Hotel served it's purpose, rooms are basic, bedclothes did not smell fresh atall. I think the price of the rooms are a bit too much. Otherwise it was clean. Breakfast was lovely as I'm vegetarian, plenty of options. Very good for location. Car park is a bit annoying having to get a code every time you need to leave.

Had a two night stay here. Stayed in a deluxe suite which was fine, clean and spacious but quite cheaply decorated. Televisions from the 80s. Didn't eat here but think the bar needs a revamp, terrible decor and no atmosphere. Quite close to the beach and leisure facilities fine, pool open all day for kids. Expensive for what it is

At a very busy time in July I was very lucky to get a room. The rate was very reasonable, maybe because the room was small but I was ok with that being probably the last room. It was very clean and the staff very nice and very helpful. The breakfast was great and good quality food. The only few things I would recommend the hotel improve on is to create a little atmosphere in the bar and maybe improve the signage in the building as it is an absolute maze and please make the parking a little easier as the barrier code changes regularly. I understand the problem but it is easy to put in a system with a room key card that does not allow a second car enter the car park until the first car that entered, exits the car park. I look forward to staying here again.

I would like to start by saying Staff are as important as facilities.
On arrival the receptionist was very wham bam. Breakfast was not included in our room and she gave us no info on dining in the hotel.
She didn't offer to get anyone to help us with our bags either - would expect this is a 4 star. One lift and 4 sets of double doors later we got to our room.
Room was spacious and clean.
TV needs updating for a 4 star
Shower was adequate but not overly powerful and hard to figure out.

We were knackered and decided to eat in the bar.
Food was fine but again service lacked.
Got menus sat for 15 min until we got the attention of the waiter. The bar was not busy.
Decided We Would Have Dessert -15 min After Finishing The Main we had to get attention of the waiter. He took our order and just before he took dessert out he cleared the plates from dinner.
There was one other gentleman eating so not busy enough for sub standard service. There are NO baby change facilities in the bar ( 4 star??) So I go to the leisure centre changing rooms to change the baby... which involved a flight of stairs through a gymnasium.
The morning receptionist was much more attentive as we're the staff on duty.
Only for the receptionist we would have left and ate elsewhere for breakfast but she gave a deal with the room. Why the receptionist the evening before didn't offer is a mystery.
Breakfast was not 4 star.
Serious staff training needed for some members. This hotel has great potential and it was sad to see when we walked down the street lahinch buzzing and there was no atmosphere in the bar area.
It seems most just use for the pool and a bed and dine elsewhere... which is an epic failure on the management part
