“Lovely and Peaceful”
Reviewed 10 July 2014

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the Blue Pools. There is a choice of beautiful walks up to and around the blue pool, which varies in colour. It was a luscious turquoise when I went, and it was so quiet, with just wildlife sounds, that it made it very peaceful.

We came across a hidden footpath which led us up a hill to see magnificent views of the Dorset countryside, where we encountered a dear across our path! There was activities for kids,as well as a museum about the area. The cafe was lovely, so was the quaint little gift shop. I will certainly visit here again!

“Lovely, relaxing environment”
Reviewed 1 July 2014 via mobile

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely morning walking around blue pool. The weather was brilliant and the woodland walks were tranquil and well set out. The pool itself glistened in the sunshine. We finished our walk with a coffee in the tea rooms. Well priced and staff were friendly. There was lots of nice items in the shop too. An enjoyable morning! !!

“An oasis in the woods”
Reviewed 27 June 2014

A good find on our way back from Swanage. Tucked away in the woods is a lovely Tea Room and walks around the Blue Pool. Also a display of teddies, gift shop and some plant sales.
