Love this place!! Visited because of good reviews on here.
My hubby and I went straight to the 'Paint a Pot' room and chose a pot to paint ourselves. £7.95 (plate, bowl or mug) each. We spent an hour and 45 mins in there doing it and found it really enjoyable and relaxing! Would definitely recommend for couples and families. Very friendly staff.
Very impressed with the outlet shop too. Great bargains in there.
Lovely to have the Christmas market too.
Restaurant there but we didn't use it.
Definitely worth a visit!!!

Plenty of car park spaces. Discount prices in the factory selling all denby pottery, kichen things such as casserole dishs,Steamers, Saucepans, c It'sondiments. aprons.kitchen knives. tea towels. kitchen scales.almost everything you need in a kitchen.
Then there's a lovely farm shop which has just opened.A gift shop..Then another kitchen shop. Also a cafe. It's worth visiting

Went to Denby pottery site today, had a good few hours. Good for disabled people very accessible, staff very helpful and polite, the is a small childs play area free so little ones can stay happy.
The café is very clean and well priced, there are clean and tidy toilets on site.
you could spend a few hours here dependant on what you want to do, there are factory tours on offer, well worth a visit.
Lots of gift ideas.

This is still a nice place to visit but has changed since my last time. The main pottery shop area now has more variety of kitchen equipment but at the loss of the kitchen shop across the courtyard which is now a 'farm' shop. The new farm shop looks very nice and includes a butchers. I have to admit that the pork pie with cranberry was one of the best i have had - the lasagna definitely not. The rest of the shopping area seems to be falling into the trap of a little bit of a lot of typical gift shop fodder which is a shame. The garden shop has also gone. Still a good place to visit and i wish them well but where once i would make a special trip to get special kitchen kit from a nice place i doubt i will ho to such a remote place for farm shop fayre and gift shop fodder.

Visited today and had a mixed experience. The shops are full of lovely items and there was a lot to look at but the layout was difficult to negotiate with a pushchair, the farm shop and courtyard was really the only parts easily negotiated with the pushchair. I would recommend going during quite periods if you have very small children if possible.
