Me and my boyfriend had such a lovely time staying in the pods over the Easter weekend. They were in a good location, we did activities on 2 days at thetford forest which was only 15mins away and bury st Edmunds was very close too.. The pods were very clean and comfortable and the shower was excellent, there was also a sofa to relax on while we watched a DVD on the flat screen tv.. we were very impressed.. We took our own duvet, pillows, towels etc.. We didn't use the BBQ as it was cold but we would have if it was warmer.. Over all an excellent stay.. Very reasonably priced, I would highly recommend trying this type of accommodation.. Great fun!!

Beautiful, loved the atmosphere, had a wonderful nights sleep. I stayed here with my boyfriend for 3 nights and it was fantastic. 10 out of 10. Bury was also great plenty to do in the day and lots in the evening. Attempted a BBQ which turned out pretty good, despite having and had a few burnt sausages. Relatives who live in bury come and visit us in the pods and had a BBQ with us. The owners of the pods are very helpful and welcoming. Would recommend booking a holiday.

Room Tip: Stayed in the Eadmund pod, am very exited that they are building more

Myself and my husband found West Stow Pods while looking for value for money accommodation to use for a business trip in March 2014. We chose the pods over hotel accommodation and could not recommend them more! The owners are warm, friendly and helpful with exceptional knowledge of the local area which they are more than happy to share with you. The woodland location is beautiful yet not so far from the main town should you need anything. The pods are spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Altogether a great week and would love to return but this time for pleasure and not business!

Room Tip: New pods were being built during our stay which are apparently larger so try and get one of those if you can!

Unlike a whale, I'd never spent any amount of time in a pod before. My girlfriend and I needed somewhere to stay near Bury while we were visiting family. When we saw these custom built cabins, we decided to give them a try.

It was a fantastic experience, like camping, but without the mud, tent poles, lumpy ground, sleeping bags, bad back, cold feet, intrusive insects, blinding morning sunlight, and lugging the whole lot around on your already exhausted shoulders. No, this way is much better. The pod was warm and cosy, with a bed fit for a princess (and her pea).

We were unable to go on any of the walks around the village as we had other engagements, but the pods made an ideal base to operate from. When we return, we are sure to take advantage of them.

Single asian female parent went with 2 children......felt extremely welcome and extremely safe. Booked to go again. The anglo saxon village was great for the kids, nearby forests great for bike rides and walks.
