This was a great find, just 10 minutes from the NEC Exhibition Centre. Very friendly welcome from the owners, with the rooms clean, modern and well appointed with quality bathroom and nice furnishings. An excellent breakfast as well. Many thanks. We will return.

We were staying in the Midlands for two nights and found this B&B. Could not fault a thing. Room was exceptional, very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The breakfast each morning was delicious. Thank you to Victoria. We will have no hesitation in returning or recommending to our friends.

Barncroft is in easy reach of the NEC and an excellent place to stay. This is a well appointed guest house having all the home comforts and more. It is exceptionally clean and well decorated with very attractive modern decor. Such attention to detail in every aspect made this a pleasurable stay. Plenty of hot water, loads of toiletries, good hairdryer, iron and board, wifi, lots of electrical sockets, mini-bar and even an alarm clock. Comfortable bed, deep pile carpet, extra pillows, very pretty bedding and curtains, flat screen TV and a superb choice for breakfast. What more could you want.

We stayed here for a trip to Drayton manor, Victoria was so helpful in getting us tickets and letting us arrive early to drop of bags, room was outstanding, carpet was so soft and furnishings were lovely, bath and shower brilliant too. Bed was one of the comfiest I've slept in and has actually spurned us on to buy a new bed!
Breakfast was lovely, very accommodating with little things!
Would definitely stay here again!!
Brilliant!

Room Tip: We had the family room, very spacious,3 very comfortable beds.

As soon as we drove into Barncroft we knew that we had the right decision. It has a circular drive with an imposing fountain in the centre. We were shown to our ground floor room which had two double beds in it which turned out to be exceedingly comfortable with duvets that actually stayed on the bed. My wife didn't want to get out of it in the morning. The shower was also brilliant and the breakfast would have satisfied the heartiest trencherman. A choice of at least fifteen cereals, Grapefruit, prunes and fresh strawberries and raspberries. And on top of that two of everything in the full English. It was just perfect in every respect. Thank you Victoria for a magnificent stay. We'll be back.

We stayed at Barncroft with 2 friends on a visit to the NEC. What can I say, all the reviews say it all. Wonderful welcome, fantastic rooms and outstanding breakfast made our stay perfect. We found 2 great Pubs nearby for evening meals and Victoria gave us excellent directions.
We will definitely return next year.

Thanks Victoria for such a brilliant B & B

I stayed here for 2 nights, the first my friend (who was getting married the following day) and I decided to go and get some food and were directed to a lovely pub. That night there was just us two in attendance and the service and room was wonderful. The next day we got her ready for the wedding and again, nothing was too much trouble, the owners were friendly bad helpful, allowing the make up artist and hairdresser drinks and good hospitality. Later on other family member arrived to see the bride and again, the service was spectacular. That evening I had another room with my husband and the other rooms were filled with other friends. We all loved our stay, the breakfasts were perfect and the rooms spotless. The only tiny thing I would say is that at night it was a little hard to find if you don't know it as there isn't a light up sign and it is set behind trees, one couple were driving for ages before finding it. This is a minor feedback though. Overall it was a wonderful, highly recommended place.

Thank you for such a lovely review , it was a pleasure having you all stay with us.
I didn't realize your friends couldn't find us, I would just like to clarify about the signage comment you made and that in fact we do have a big white sign that is lit up on the roadside outside the property and I left it on all night for the late arrival of the other guests and the night of the wedding as I always do when people are coming in late. I am also more than happy to direct people if they ring me up no matter how late! The taxi driver who brought them here was at fault and if I had known they were coming by taxi which I didn't know, then I would have insisted they use our local taxi services.
Our website has a page dedicated to directions and sat nav co-ordinates.
It was lovely meeting you all and once again thank you for your full marks review.
