Our third visit this year. What a lovely place. Someone moaned (3 star comment) the parking is expensive. Huh? £2 for 2 hours for for of us to have a great walk? I think that is brilliant value for money.
The staff are so friendly! Get a map and off you go. You CANNOT get lost if you follow the map and the lovely coloured posts for a short, medium or long trail (All go to the beach which is just brilliant with a view over Poole Bay).
This place is just brilliant, even though we are not excited by birds. We saw some deer and loads of birds- no idea what type BUT HAD A GREAT TIME AS ALWAYS!

Visited here 3 times and love the quietness, the views and birds singing amongst the trees. Saw a huge herd of deer the first time. Lovely walks including one to the beach where you can chill out with a good book or magazine. Highly recommended to chill out if you enjoy the countryside. Also, RSPB cabin is full of useful information. We became a member and now receive free car parking plus the chance to chat to very informative staff

We visited arne as complete novices and were welcomed by a very helpful guide in the office. We were then taken on a walk by a volunteer Keith who educated us in the history of the area as well as pointing out some incredible wildlife we would have walked straight past had we been walking on our own. This reserve is very well set out and the experience we had there was three hours which will change the way we look at nature forever. We hope to visit again soon and having now joined the rspb look forward to further education soon.
