What an amazing weekend we had. Im not sure where to begin Starting with the owners Sarah and Derek On arrival we was taken back by the an idealic setting stunning views and beautiful old farm house. We entered the house and offered complimentary drinks after the journey and yes we did take our shoes off but the carpets were so lush and cosy you would want to. Sarah and derek were wonderful hosts and we were show to our room which was decorated deliciously and had quirky modern and vintage taste that was my cup of tea and two sugars! After settling down we had a mini tour of the summer house which again was stunning and we was left to it to cwtch yp on the luxury corner suite in front of the double doors which over look the stunning view..Our hosts then offered to book us dinner reservations for the local resturant of our choice and recommened the best in the local area. From the warm welcome to the delicious brekfast which has unlimited choices. To the facilties in the room which were a super duper shower and luxury toileteries..Sarah even went to the trouble of baking wesh cakes and leaving them in our room to try..By Far The best Getaway..So much attention to detail for the guests and beautful personal touches..We really didnt want to leave. We fell in Love with the place and have made some new amazing friends which made this getaway PERFECT! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Peacful Retreat for a perfect break from the usual husle and bustle of life..We will be returning.More.Amazing memories to come for us from here. A dream home and hospitality is second to none.
