The family room was really nice and spacious! The place has a stylish yet cozy atmosphere and the breakfast was delicious. There are several pubs with traditional music and good food just next door. Also a good place for exploring the Cliffs of Moher. The only negative thing was that the upper-floor floorboards were a bit squeaky and the thin walls don't quite keep the noises away.

My sister and I made Anne's Half Door B&B our base for our wonderful visit to the Cliffs, the Pub music of Doolin and the Burren area. A warm welcome with scones and tea and a visit in the sun room and we knew we'd stay a few days! Quiet location, spacious comfy room with great shower, close to pubs and a lovely restaurant, music and shops and an easy drive to the Cliffs. Anne's homebaked scones and cookies and delicious breakfast options were exceptional. Thanks Anne and Connor - we loved Ireland and your hospitality.

Stayed here two nights while in the Doolin area. Close to the Cliffs. Very relaxing and friendly. Parking is on site, and being out from the town center offers a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. A good find. The provided breakfast offers a variety of selections, each ample to get you off on a great start for the rest of your day.

Room Tip: Less than a two minute walk to two fun Pubs with great food and music.

A very nice place to stay. Anne was welcoming. The location is outstanding....right across the road from a pub and restaurant. It is within walking distance to the other village where there is lots of shopping and restaurants. Lots of music at night.

Anne welcomed us immediately when we arrived at her door almost begging for a place to stay. She had a twin bedroom for us and with true Irish humour we did a deal to stay 2 nights. Also advised us to visit Westport and those 2 places became our favourite spots in Ireland.

Thanks to Rick Steve's book and driving around, we found the best place to sleep in Doolin...The Half Door.
Anne is awesome, as is her cooking and decorating. The location is steps away from 2 great pubs: McDermotts and McGanns.
We googled to discover that this is the best place to see the Cliff of Moher from the bottom, and take the same companies ferry to go see Innishmore Island.
Great!!!!!

Room Tip: Availability depends on everything. We popped in for two, no problem. Book if you have a schedule.

We loved our stay here. The proprietor, Anne, was very easy to talk to, we got great tips on where to find local music and pubs (a stones throw away), parking was excellent, full Irish breakfast was yummmmmy! great value, kid friendly, and convenient! We really enjoyed our stay, and would come back again without hesitation. Wi-Fi worked pretty well here too (as compared to many of the B&B's which were iffy).

Room Tip: Contact via email: Anne responds quickly and is very friendly!
