“Highlight of our vacation”
Reviewed 5 July 2014 via mobile

We took the one hour Cliff's of Moher trip.
We had an Ireland coupon book so we got two free adult tickets. We bought the tickets in town from an adorable woman who turned out to be the owners daughter, she was very helpful. We spent time in town in the shops and getting an icecream then walked to the pier. The boat was 15 minutes late but that was fine because we were late! We walked up just as the boat was arriving. The trip was great! Goes out to the cliffs near O'Briens tower, up to a giant rock formation with birds, idles there for a bit, turns around and goes back. Some reviews say there should be commentary but I disagree, I'm not sure how you would hear it with the wind, waves, birds, engine, etc. It was quite beautiful to just experience the nature of it. I'm glad we went and we got the most amazing pictures!

“Great experience, great Crew”
Reviewed 5 July 2014

Our trip to the small island was fantastic. Weather was ok, but it is well worth the trip! The staff were great, it was really easy to book online and show up with our spaces reserved. There was nice information about the Cliffs of Moher on the ferry when we did the cruise on way back. We hope to make this trip again and maybe see a different island next time.
Thanks so much Doolin Ferry!

“Sights to behold”
Reviewed 3 July 2014

A trip on a ferry may be just an essential part of a journey when you want to visit an island. It can, however, also be a fascinating excursion that offers views that cannot be enjoyed from the mainland. Having completed the five-hour walk to the Cliffs of Moher the day before, we were somewhat hesitant about seeing the Cliffs form another angle. Fortunately we did. For the boat trip back from Innisheer we booked the tour along the Cliffs as an extra for an additional €5. The trip took an hour longer and we were rewarded with fascinating views of the Cliffs, outlying rocks, promontories and the bird life on and around them. Thank you, ferryman.

“boat trip”
Reviewed 2 July 2014

Took a trip from Inish Mor to Doolin. Bought a ticket days ahead of time.. Should take about an hour. The boat was to arrive at 11:30am and it was late, 3/4 hour late. It then took us to the small island and left us there to wait for another ferry. Very sunny no shade to protect ourselves and got quite burned. The ferry was late. It was an old stinky boat. Finally made it to Doolin at 3:15. This is not what I paid £17. for. The sad thing was a mother and son from USA that were only in Ireland for a week were supose to visit family and then drive to Kilarney. This would make a very late night for them, I heard to late that this company was poor to make changes to my plans. The staff that were the crew were great and it is sad that the company is not in the service to make happy customers that will be repeat customers. Lorraine Lalonde from Powell River Canada

yesterday july 1st 2014 my family and i used o briens cruise to go to the aran islands and to see the cliffs of moher...the staff were incredibly friendly and had us running to get the early ferry which was a great surprise and we thought we had an hours wait for the 11 am ! the crossing was smooth and getting off the boat was done with ease. the island itself well it speaks for itself it was an amazing day out and again we got the boat home at 5.15pm ....there was a crowd on the pier, but there was no overloading and some had to wait for another boat to return for them . a great service and customer care ..well done o brien line ..we will be back!!
