Family and I were there for 2 nights. Great location - short walk into town - breakfast was very good and rooms were comfortable and clean. Great service. We'd stay there again. The Roadford across the street was very good too.

Stayed in july 2010, 80 euro for double room. Location was outstanding, 100 yards from the brilliant McDermotts pub, (superb Irish Stew and Trad music ).
The room was very basic, no kettle for tea and coffee and no tv. Kettle should be a basic requirement, not bothered about the tv. However the room was clean and the bed had a memory mattress very comfortable.
The breakfast was very nicely cooked.
The price was a little high for what you got

I just wanted to let you know that due in part to you, Seascape B&B now has tea/coffee making facilities in all guest rooms. TV's are next! Thank you for your constructive criticism.

A trip to Doolin and a stay at Seascape gives life to what one can only imagine about Ireland! Not only the traditional Irish music for which Doolin is so famous, but the majestic vistas of the sea and the proximity of the Burren, the Cliffs of Moher, and the Aran Isles make this town a perfect destination. Mary Jo's warmth and hospitality at Seascape B&B in Doolin lets you experience the true magic and spirit of Ireland - its people. Her delightful welcome, superb made-to-order traditional Irish breakfast (the porridge is awesome,) kind help with reservations and travel matters and grand suggestions on things to enjoy in the area are some of the many things that quickly make you feel at home in this lovely B&B. Mary Jo seems to know everyone in town and beyond!! The pubs and town are close - within walking distance - and the views from the dining room are spectacular. The rooms are cozy and clean, beds are comfy, and baths are immaculate. This visit will be my first of many, I am certain!

Mary Jo, our hostess, is a busy lady, but she keeps her house in fine order. We were amused by her little puppy scampering about and the general day-to-day bustle of their home. Made us feel like part of the family (like her son's sock turning up in our towels, haha!) Mary Jo, an American by birth, is quite helpful with directions to other areas, good places to eat and little bits of town news. The house is situated just off the main road of Doolin, not far from two of the pubs. The guest sitting area is very small, with just two seats, not meant really for lounging. Dining room is large and bare, nice, but not what you'd call cozy. Breakfast is great, from full Irish to just cereals, if you wish. Rooms are spacious enough for sleeping (face it, you're there to see Ireland, not the rooms!) We were awakened every morning to the gentle mooing of the neighboring cows! No TVs or internet, which the adults LOVED, the two teens, not so much! But there is an internet cafe in town! Baths are tiny (again, this is Ireland), but passable, it's all part of the charm. We had some issues with hot water when many of us were showering, but we switched off so it wasn't the same person having a cold shower every day. Doolin is a lovely area of Ireland, quiet by day and lively by night, and the Seascape is a good stay. Bonus tip: Take the road straight beyond the B&B and drive till the road ends. Get out and walk (there is a little "path") You will be treated to some of the most spectacular views in Ireland! No bus tour will take you here!!

Mary Jo was very nice and hospitable. She showed us on the map a few places we wanted to see. The location was great. Very close to the shops and restaurants in Doolin and also just a short drive from Doonagore Castle and the Cliffs of Moher. The room was clean and spacious. The sitting room for the B&B (right next to the breakfast room) had tea and coffee facilities, maps, and books of the area to look at.

Just down the road were some ancient ruins of the Killilagh Church and Teergoneen Court Tomb which we enjoyed seeing.

Some people were complaining about the lack of TV in the rooms, we didn't miss it at all. In fact it was nice to be able to get away from everything. The rooms were clean spacious, so what else could we ask for!

The B&B was quiet, clean, close to everything- but in Doolin, everything is close to everything! .
Laundry service not far from the house. Cliffs of Moher were a short drive away. "Pub Grub" was fantastic. Great traditional Irish music at the pubs.
Mary Jo was very pleasant and helpful. Her traditional breakfast was top notch
You can see a little bit of the Cliffs from the breakfast dining room- no better way to start your day.
