“Our third visit.....”

Delightful Georgian house B & B in spectacular Bronte countryside. Exceptionally comfortable with excellent breakfast. Always a great welcome which continues throughout the stay. This was our third visit and certainly will not be the last!

Room Tip: All rooms are delightful.

Outstanding place to stay. Quiet with lovely views, and everything and more you could want in your room and in the lounge downstairs including self service with the sherry and whiskey. Excellent wifi in room as well, and the hosts very friendly and very informative and helpful. Made our first visit to Yorkshire memorable and very relaxing as the ancestral hunt is tiring. A little gold mine. Agree with the other excellent reviews, and they did everything to make you feel comfortable

Room Tip: We stayed in the cream room, check out the bathroom fantastic bath/ shower

Where do you start in order to describe perfection. I booked two nights at Brook House as a present for my wife after reading Trip Adviser, thinking it can't be so good. Well,I was wrong. Every comment written on this site sums it,and our hosts,up perfectly. On arrival we were greeted by Christa who welcomed us to her home and then took great pleasure in showing us round and explained the history of the house and what a magnificent house it is. I'm not going to comment about the beauty of the rooms as others have done this before me. We were the only ones staying this weekend and were told to treat the house as our own. We were given the cream room which is a magnificent room with the biggest and most comfortable bed we have been in. The bathroom was stunning from the amazing bath/shower to the toiletries supplied. There were small things to make you welcome like jars of sweets to help yourself to. Later in the evening whilst we were sat in the lounge,Chris returned and came in to introduce himself and have a chat. We were asked what we wanted for breakfast and at what time and the breakfast was to die for. You dont need anything more to eat during the day after Christas full English. Friendliness is the order of the day at Brook House with both Chris and Christa regularly popping in for a chat. If you need to know anything about Haworth or the Brontes, ask Christa. She is an expert. I could go on and on about our weekend, suffice to say that everything that has been said before is true. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Would we go back ? Too true, and we only live 20 miles away.

In a lovely setting and very close to Bronte Country. The bed & breakfast has lovely furnishings and you receive a warm welcome from the owners and are very helpful in recommending places to go and visit or places to eat. If you are a Bronte fan then this is the place to stay as they have lots of information on the Brontes for you to read during your stay.

Would recommend staying there.

My husband and i have just returned from a two night break at Brook house. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we could not believe what a fabulous place this was. Chris and Christa were wonderful hosts, we really enjoyed their company and they genuinely welcomed us into their home, and what a home it is. The quality of the accommodation, attention to detail and decor is second to none. Added to this you have the beautiful surrounding Bronte countryside. What more could you ask for. We would highly recommend a visit.

Room Tip: Spoilt for choice.

Stayed in the french room instead of a hotel for my business trip and found Brook House to be the perfect antidote to a stressful work day. The house is lovely and the area one of sheer beauty.
Christa was an amazing host and the whole experience was very enjoyable.

Room Tip: The french room is lovely and you can have a lovely bath with a view. the cream had a nicer bathroom...

Stayed one night in the French room. Amazing attention to detail ..a slipper bath in the room overlooking the garden & beyond. Breakfast was very good & served on beautiful crockery in a stunning room. Chris couldn't do enough for us ..from a glass of port on arrival to a friendly wave when we left. Would highly recommend it. Thanks
