Stayed here for a couple of nights and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The location is amazing, the room clean, spacious and very comfortable. My little boy loved the jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were very friendly and obliging. Very child friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will deffinitley return.

Very nice. We had a large group, taking up 3 rooms. All the rooms were very comfortable, more like a B&B than a hotel. Our room had a view of Snowden and a four poster bed. The bath facilities were very modern and cool. The food and lounge were excellent as well. They had a carvery on Sunday night and it was excellent. They also provided a veggie option for the vegetarians which was very good. We had a toddler with us and they have a nice playground which you can keep an eye on from the outside lounge.
all in all excellent.

Room Tip: Wifi was free and fast (for Wales) in the lounge and dining area. Some of the rooms got service and...

Almost drove past here then saw the sign for restaurant. Lovely meal (carvery) and would definitely return, been at Porthmadog a few times and never found somewhere nice to eat - until now. The caravan site also looked lovely

If you're looking for somewhere to stay in the Porthmadog or Port Meirion area this is an excellent choice, being only a few miles from both. (Satnav got a bit confused but we found it in the end.) There are static caravans dotted around the surrounding woods but the area is quiet and scenery beautiful. Although the hotel has no wow factor from the outside, the inside has been fully refurbished to a high standard and our room was very comfortable, clean and a great bathroom. Good choice at breakfast and we also had an evening meal which was excellent. All the staff were friendly and well trained. Would stay here again.

Room Tip: Room 3 is affected by a noisy extractor fan which light sleepers would not like.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, evening meal and breakfast amazing, the grounds and surrounding area are gorgeous. Was a one night stop off point from holyhead ferry before we made our way to South Wales some amazing scenery on the way there. Would book again without a doubt!

We stayed in snowdon spa 2 with hot tub and it was fantastic. The caravan was clean, modern and spacious and well equipped for us (family of 4 - 2 adults + 2 toddlers) . And the hot tub really was a luxurious experience. Im always dubious about using hot tubs with risks of infection etc (yes slight ocd) but can happily confirm that someone came every morning to check temperatures and maintain it. And on the day we were checking out they came to empty and refill it.
The park is so peaceful and green, you really feel like you're at one with nature. Shops are only a few mins drive away in Porthmadog. Plenty of things to see and do and beautiful beaches.
All the staff that we met were lovely and friendly. We will definitely be returning.
Thank you for lovely holiday x
The nicolls.
Ps- sorry for mix up about checking out. Very embarrassed, but dealt with so well by lovely staff :-)

We stayed in this hotel expecting it to be just an ordinary run-of-the-mill hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is extremely clean and well managed and the service from the staff is excellent. We ate dinner in the bistro and it was the best meal we have had for a very long time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning.
