“Fantastic relaxing stay!”
Reviewed 7 August 2012

We were very welcomed by the lovely landlords. The cottage was amazing and the room was refurbished to an amazing standard, modern but so much character(Great Balance), and the bath was the best! Excellent variety for breakfast including local produce, we loved breakfast, was a great way to start the day. The location was great too, located close to all the sites via car.

The best B&B we have ever stayed at!!!!!

We had a great stay, and would recommend staying at Little Ldyll to all.

Well what can i say, we were so pleased with our stay, we came over for the Isle of Wight Festival, but didn't want to camp!! To come back to this Idyllic place every night was bliss, Rob & Chloe were so accommodating, the room is beautiful, bathroom superb, breakfast delicous and the whole place is immaculately clean. We really enjoyed eating our breakfast in the sun room, watching all the breeds of birds that come to the garden. We will definitely return and would recommend a visit. Amanda & John (Portsmouth).

Little Idyll is a delightful place. High quality finished rooms, furnished tastefully with the most amazing copper bath & exquisite toiletries. A welcome cupcake upon our arrival with freshly brewed coffee, nothing was too much trouble for our hosts Rob & Chloe.
Breakfast in the morning was fantastic - as was watching the various pheasants & birds fluttering around the garden - could have stayed all day!!
A fantastic place to stay - would definitely recommend.

We stayed at the Little Idyll last year and although our visit was short visit we were completely entranced by the welcome, the friendliness, the great garden, the sharing of a glass or two and getting to know Rob and Chloe. The copper tub was very special but the welcoming cake was stupendous !
We would have no hesitation in recommending Little Idyll

An enchanted thatched cottage surrounded by a magical garden. Our room was sumptuous - best bed, best bathroom (especially the tub!) in memory - and best breakfast too. Chloe and her husband are the most welcoming and helpful hosts imaginable. An unforgettable stay, highly recommended!

Rob & Chloe were inviting from the start and by the end of our stay felt like family. The room was finished to a very high standard with the highlight a very deep copper roll top bath. We had afternoon tea which included cream cakes and sandwiches enough of which to feed the most hungry man. The house was recommended as a b&b but that would be like calling the hilton a travel lodge. I would and have recommended Little Idyll to family and friends.
