I visited here with my two sons (5 & 3) plus grandparents and friends. It is a good little farm park and playground. It cost £12 for a family of 4 and 2 other adults - very reasonable for the time spent and fun had.

There is a good range of animals that you can buy feed for - rabbits, goats, donkeys, chickens. There are also lots of other types of birds to look at and places to explore.

We had a picnic lunch with us and are right next to the playground area. There are some crazy golf courses with balls and clubs provided for free. There are also lots of paths around the park where children can walk safely and have adventures.

There is a nice cafe on-site with clean and well-kept toilets for use by customers. The cafe was well used and did a good range of food. We just had coffees/teas which we had in takeaway cups so we could have them in the park.

All in all a good few hours spent in the park, finished off with a couple of circuits on the land-train. This costs 50p but only seemed to run a couple of times a day so make sure you find out the time it is running and get in early!

First visit for me. Had a family reunion. Table for 12 booked and waiting for us. The menu is varied and such good value. All tastes catered for. The time taken from placing our order to getting the food was so quick. All the meals were hot and tasty. Then we spent the afternoon wandering round the animal enclosures (very cheap to get in) and doing a brilliant quiz. I have never been anywhere that was such good value for money. Extremely well run and fun for all ages. Next time I will allow a whole day as there is so much to see and so many things for the children to play on. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. It deserves all the success and recognition it gets.

This is a must whenever the Grandchildren are with us. The cafe serves a great value well cooked breakfast, which you can digest while walking through the animal park.It is magical for kids and at a very reasonable price. As if that were not enough it provides work and training to those with learning difficulties. All credit to staff and volunteers!

To any idiot who does not know what this cafe is about they should really open their eyes and understand the staff who work here before making negative comments.

Many of the staff who work in the cafe have learning difficulties and are doing a very brave thing by working in customer service.

The food was of a great standard , very reasonably priced, served quickly and tasted fantastic.

All the staff in the cafe were polite, hard working, and served with a smile on their face.

If only more businesses were willing to give people with learning difficulties a chance , maybe people would be more used to it and not leave ignorant comments.
