We stayed after visiting the War & Peace show at Folkestone. Really nice room. Bit strange checking in by machine ( I'm oldskool). Room, bed linen & bathroom was spotlessly clean. Comfy large bed. Room on the top floor overlooked the railway line but you'd barely know it - its only a branch line , not Eurostar swooshing through. We ate in the restaurant which was very nice. American themed restaurant & McDonalds opposite if you don't want to eat on site.

Chosen as a drop off point before channel crossing this hotel was a pleasant surprise. Very good value. Clean and comfortable with good dinner and breakfast and pleasant staff. We have stayed twice and will stay again. Close to Rochester which has lots of antique shops and a castle, it really is a great find.

Stayed last night in room 209 for 1 night on business. Check in was done by a machine where you insert your bank card and are dropped your invoice and room card, very smooth and easy enough. Room was spacious family room with 1 double bed, 1 sofa which looked like it could be turned into another bed, interconnecting door. Rooms was clean and has everything you would expect, hairdryer, flat screen TV, tea/coffee making facilities, front facing room over car park and into water, good size en suite with hand wash and shower gel/hair shampoo(although not replenished for my visit), air conditioning, Iron/ironing board when requested from reception. Bed was comfy and enjoyed a goods nights sleep. This hotel is on a retail estate with a Mcdonalds, Coast to Coast restaurant, Hungry Horse, Chiquitos, Frankie and Bennys as well as the hotels restaurant, in my opinion i'd book bed and breakfast and for better value eat out across the road at one of the mentioned places. Overall if i was in the area again i would book this hotel without any hesitation as it was good size clean room and a comfortable nights sleep, what more does one want.

The hotel feels big but looks small from the outside. We stayed one night and it was busy - evident in the full car park and busy restaurant. The room and facilities feel new and are good quality. Service was good. Price of our room was good for our family of 4. Very handy location for Diggerland which is just up the road - other activity options are on the same leisure park too, bowling, cinema, bingo, eating....

For £30 a night, how can you be disappointed? Room was huge compared to city centre Premier Inn's that I have visited before and looked as though all the fittings were basically brand new. Bed was big and comfy, staff lovely and polite as always.

I usually don't eat at hotel restaurants, but since this one is in the middle of nowhere it was easily the best local choice My steak was rather over done considering I asked for it rare, but I'm just looking for things to criticise now - it's a premier inn for god's sake, not Le Gavroche!

Incredible value for money, as Premier Inn almost always is.
