Visited St Kilda on 31st August with Kilda Cruises; Orca III was very comfortable; David's advice on how best to use time ashore was invaluable.
St Kilda itself made a huge impression and I have lots of great memories (and photos) of the trip. It was worth every penny!
Angus and David looked after us well - enjoyed the cake and coffee, and the 'wee warmer' as we came back into Leverburgh!
Many thanks.

The trip to St Kilda on Orca III was fantastic - we were well looked after by Angus and David. St Kilda itself was an amazing experience and the trip to the Stacks on the return journey added to that. Welcome cup of tea and home-made cake on the return journey together with a wee dram was typical of the care and attention of Kilda Cruises.

if you are in harris, you have to try this !
we were Lucky enough with the weather and could go to the island on the second day planned, with sun the whole day.
the island itself is a fantastic mix between breath taking landscapes and deep historical/human heritage, which makes it one of the best hike I have ever done.
having your lunch on the highest place, after 1 hour of steep climbing, surrounded by the ocean and tickled by clounds is unforgettable.
the cherry on the cake is the boat trip around the islands to Watch wildlife (seals and birds such as puffing, even a sun fish and a basking shark !)
and you could not imagine anything better than Angus, his crew and boats to go there.
guys, thank you again for a day we will never forget
anik & sam
PS; anik was terribly seasick on the way to the island (2 hours vomiting) and nonetheless agrees with everything above ;-)

First wanted to visit St Kilda in 1984. Then the only option was a converted trawler, but Kilda Cruises' Interceptor 55 is real progress. Crew knowledgeable and quietly competent, the boat comfortable and the island itself everything I imagined. Would fully recommend this firm to anyone planning the trip

Fantastic trip to the islands of St Kilda with Kilda Cruises.
We travelled on the Orca III boat and both the skipper and assistant were very knowledgeable and checking that all the passengers were OK.
Spent a great 4 hours or so on the Islands then the boat took us around the stacs which was amazing experience. He took the boat so close, you could physically touch them!
We saw a Minke whale whilst at Kilda and another on the fantastic journey home in clear blue sky and flat seas.

An absolutely brilliant experience and I will definitely return one day.
