Free!! Worth the stop. The sculptures are quite fun. Don't miss the snake in the tree. It is nice to see a free outdoor museum.

There were only a handful of concrete sculptures and it's actually in someone's front yard but was a fun little surprise to break up a drive through the East End of the island. There's limited parking out front but it is free and I would definitely recommend stopping for a few minutes if driving that way!

Discovered this little garden while taking a drive around the island it was really hot so didn't spend much time. Loved the servant and apple in a tree.

I created the Serpent and Apple in the Tree of Knowledge in the Garden of Eden in 2013. I'm glad you liked it. My minister on the Island liked it too and after viewing this work wrote and gave several sermons about original sin.

It's so nice that the Davinoff's have made this accessible to the public, for free. The blue iguana sculpture is just stunning! It was interesting to walk around and look at each one. It is my understanding that the artist adds one or so a year, and you can really see his skill level improving as they go from sort of simple molded concrete shapes that resemble see creatures, to the really sophisticated, textured sculptures that grace the front. There are lovely plants in the garden too!

I'm glad you enjoyed your stop. The construction process includes applying two scratch coats and one finish coat of concrete over an armature encased in expanded metal lathing. The detail is done during the finish coat while the concrete is wet. Thanks for the picture of the garden.

It's just someone's yard with fun creatures made out of concrete. We laughed ourselves silly and took tons of photos.

When I'm there, I do hear a lot of laughter in the park. Glad you enjoyed it. How about sharing a picture or two?
