We stayed at El Navideno for 2 nights. We were only planning on staying one night but after having such a wonderful experience, we could not bring ourselves to leave! We found Jose (general manager) to be an exceptionally gracious host. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay one of the highlights of our vacation to Puerto Rico. There is a special energy at this place which left us with many fond memories. Drinks are tasty, music is festive, beds are comfy and the location can't be beat if you are planning to visit Toro Verde to zip line. It's also a good spot if you just want to relax and enjoy the area. The local residents are very kind and welcoming as well. We will definatley be going back and highly recommend adding this hotel to your "must stay" list. Liked best... Staff and location. Liked least... Having to leave!

Nice place, clean and great service....the only problem is trying to book the place...don't return calls, besides that ....I would stay again during our annual visit to Orocovis in January.......try the local food next door at the plaza next to the church door...also try the chicharrones down stair in their restaurant

Went just to see, Greeted with a smile and the service was excellent. The decoration alone made want to stay but was just passing through. House drinks were spectacular. Will recommend to all my friends
