Having arrived we were shown our rooms. We then went into the lounge and asked Yolande if there was somewhere we could eat. She told us of a pub but she would need to ring and book for us, as we had not long eaten so we could not give a time. We then asked for anywhere else and she said Nesscliffe we asked for directions she then said "WHICH PART OF YOUR BRAIN IS NOT WORKING, HOW DID YOU GET HERE" Well we were shocked, how can you speak to paying guests like that? We followed the Sat Nav not a map, and did not realise we had to memorise the Ordinance Survey. We would have left there and then but she would have taken our money anyway. Beware of her downright rudeness.
There are no TVs in the rooms thats ok but not to have any facilities to make a drink.
NO KETTLE No Cups, tea bags or coffee, only biscuits.
You have to chose what you want for beakfast the night before. Also at beakfast she asked how long we would be as they were going out. No router attached to the computer.
