Arriving in Minca I really wanted to see La Victoria coffee farm, to embrace the coffee culture that has brought history to Columbia. 1.5-2 hours of hiking from Minca up a manageably steep hill you will arrive at your destination. The coffee tour, approx cop 10,000 pp and in English, was definitely worth it. This, I believe, unique coffee farm relies on machinery over 100 years old powered by the natural gravitational feed of water from the above flowing rivers. 25km of piping funnel the ripe coffee fruit to this production farm from the surrounding mountains where the magic of coffee begins. Follow a tour of the machinery followed by a tasting. The coffee, always black in Columbia, was delicious (something special from a latte drinker). Thoroughly enjoyed visiting this area and highly recommended!

The lunch at the bistro was delicious with a roast vegetable sandwich.

As others have suggested, once you arrive to Minca, take a motorcycle ride to the place which is an hour and half to 2 hours walk from Minca. The coffee plantation tour (45 minutes) is offered all day from 10 am to 4 pm for only 10000 pesos per person. You can walk back or take a motorcycle ride back.
The restaurant is also good to grab a bite or go back to Minca for more options.

This Café is in a coffee plantation. I would suggest a motor bike up an walk back down just as beautiful. Had some of the plantations coffee after our early morning tour of the inner workins of a coffee plantation. Our guide did speak English but even if she didn't the tour was pretty cool. They even make their own electricity! The machinery is over a 100 years old. You can stop on your way back down and enjoy the water falls that are on the way back down but you better ask a local how to get to them, they are near the general store that is halfway down the long road to Minca.
