We stayed with Rex, Joyce & Peter for 4 nights & thoroughly enjoyed our gracious hosts, & everything they had to offer ( the fruit cake & 6pm glass of wine). Our hosts were very welcoming & accommodating. The breakfasts & dinners were superb, Our room the Bell bird room is a comfortable room with an ensuite, the doors open out onto a deck. We woke every morning to serene surroundings of beautiful gardens. A piece of paradise with no pressure, no hectic rush. The welcome was also extended to our dog who stayed with us at the lodge. Rex, Joyce & Peter were so wonderful they pet sat our dog while we attended outings in the Te Kaha region I would highly recommend Tui Lodge in Te Kaha & loved every minute of our time there we look forward to another stay there in the future. Stayed here just one night and enjoyed the wonderful hospitality provided by Rex & Joyce .Excellent dinner and breakfast with produce from their own garden. Great company at dinner. Rooms are good with decking overlooking Joyce's perfect garden. Quiet & peaceful welcoming place to stay after a long drive around the Eastern Cape.

Wonderful stay at Tui Lodge. Such a beautiful place.
Rex, Joyce and Peter made us so welcome from the first hello. Afternoon tea [lovely fruit cake], drinks on the verandah, wonderful dinner with produce from the property and a breakfast to set you up for the day, just great. Could have sat on the verandah for hours taking in the view and the peace and quiet, in fact I think we did! Thank you again Rex, Joyce and Peter. Would love to go back for another visit and have already recommended it to our friends.
