“Cottage Review”
Reviewed 30 March 2018 for a stay in March 2018

I booked this cottage to visit family in the area. The owner was very helpful from the moment we booked and made everything very simple. The cottage is in a great location and has been done to a very good standard. It has everything you would need for a break away from home. It really is a lovely place. I would highly recommend and would definately stay again.

“Lovely cottage”
Reviewed 16 February 2018 for a stay in February 2018

We had a wonderful four days staying in this lovely cottage. It had everything we needed close by our family, like a home from home. Renovated to a high standard and we would recommend staying here with absolute confidence. Thank you again to the owner Steve.

“Lovely little cottage in a lovely little village”
Reviewed 13 January 2018 for a stay in December 2017

Had a wonderful time staying at Bwthyn Bach with my partner and baby for 3 weeks over Christmas and new year. The cottage is immaculate, very cosy and homely. Had everything needed for the stay - we were pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas tree and decorations which was the icing on the cake! Only thing missing was a washing machine but understandably there's probably not a suitable space for it. There is however amble towels and fresh bedding for the stay, and the owner is happy to bring more if needed.

The cottage is in an ideal location, close enough to the M4 and with the shops and restaurants in Talbot Green just down the road. The village is very quaint and friendly; we had some lovely meals in the local pubs and enjoyed a few strolls around the shops.

Parking was fine - on the few occasions we couldn't park outside there is a car park just across the street.

The owner is great and always contactable - thanks Stephen for a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back!

“well located cottage in pleasant village”
Reviewed 14 June 2017 for a stay in June 2017

cottage was very clean and welcoming.
Shower is very good. The kitchen table is set too high which makes it uncomfortable to eat at. A coffee table would be useful when using the comfortable settees [2].
A clothes horse for wet clothes [it is Wales !] would be very useful.
There's a very good General Store just along the road, and, in the opposite direction, close by, a free public car park.
It's comfortable here and handy for the road network. A local bus service runs frequently Pontypridd.

“Convenient and comfortable”
Reviewed 22 May 2017 for a stay in May 2017

The cottage is in a great location, well presented, everything you need and spotlessly clean. Easy access to either local sights and shops or Cardiff. Good pubs in the village and good food. Very quiet and relaxing.
