“be prepared for bus queue squash”
Reviewed 3 June 2014

Because this hotel is a little further out than some of the other hotels the bus queue for us was a nightmare, and we went off peak so I couldn't imagine how bad this would be in the busy periods. No matter how long you queue and even if you are first in the queue once the bus comes the queue is not managed at all and the queue will push and shove so that half of your family will be left behind and forget it if you have a pram. The hotel reception was not the cleanest and the hotel itself has a strange lay out. The hotel plan is very strange where you stay in little groups of rooms that are dotted all over a vast area of the hotel grounds so once you have checked in you walk for ages outside and come to lines of mini "apartment buildings".

I stayed in this hotel with a friend at the end of February beginning of March where we were visiting the Disney Parks for 3 days.

I have previously stayed in this hotel with family in 2007.

This is the perfect budget hotel for Disney that can be used as a base.

The rooms are basic and brightly decorated which is nice for children. I think our room had a Cars theme. The room was very clean & we had two double beds which were comfortable. I don't recall hearing much noise of an evening either.

It's about a 20 minute walk from the park but there is also a shuttle bus which runs every 10 minutes & takes about 2 minutes to reach the park which is ideal.

As we were booked in for half board, we did eat in the buffet in the hotel one of the nights we stayed, all the food I tried from the buffet was very tasty, especially the fajitas! There was a lot of a choice which is good for fussy eaters like myself!

We also ate in Annette's Diner which is located in the park as you can use the food tickets there where you pick from a set menu. I was pleasantly surprised with the food, it was very tasty and I would say it was good value for money as the portion sizes where quite large & you got 3 course & a drink.

It was also ideal that when you check out if you still have a full day before travelling home the hotel will store your luggage so you don't need to carry it round.

If I visit Disneyland Paris again I would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect budget base hotel for our trip. Couldn't of asked for much more.

We stayed with our 2 children for 4 nights at the end of May. We stayed at the Dream Castle Hotel a few years ago but wanted to be in one of the Dinsney Hotels & as this was the cheapest decided to book it.

It was quite slow at check in in & took about half an hour, but we were pleased with our room as we asked for a lake view & it was at the end of the coridoor on the 4th floor so was nice & quiet & was very clean & tidy. We had about a 5 min que for breakfast on the first day but for the rest of the time got straight in. Breakfast was fairly simple so don't expect too much with bread rolls, croissants, fruit salads, cereals. A lot were making up sandwiches & taking pain au chocolates to take into the parks for snacks. There was an all you can eat evening buffet for around 28 Euros but we ate in the parks.

We used the shuttle bus every day to get too & from the park which only took a few mins & runs on a regular basis all through the day. We were in the Parks at 9am & not back to the hotel until late at night but it was a nice hotel at a good price & we would stay there again.

Room Tip: We got a Lake View which was nice & quiet away from the main building

It was our first visit to Disneyland Paris and we were sharing the experience with our daughter's family - including our two granddaughters aged 2 and 4. We've already been to Walt Disney World Florida with our own children and that was a luxury holiday in 2003.

We had adjoining rooms and they were better than we expected - probably Premier Inn standard. Each room had two double beds, bathroom and were a decent size. The decor was Disney 'Cars' themed, but it was ok. There wasn't a kettle to make tea/coffee but a quick trip to reception remedied that; we took our own tea and coffee anyway because we'd done our homework. Sleep quality was good and the overhead fan kept the room relatively cool.

The breakfast was continental and was ok. Many of the guests were making sandwiches with the breakfast ham & cheese to avoid paying inflated prices for lunch in the Disney Parks. As it happens, the prices really weren't that bad when compared to Paris itself.

The hotel provides a regular shuttle service to the nearby parks, but we found it just as easy to walk along the riverside as the views were very pleasant and it was only a short walk. Disney Village (shops, bars, cafes and restaurants) is the first port of call along the route.

Overall, I would say that it was a good budget hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious enough. The breakfasts were adequate and the proximity to the parks was a bonus. I would come here again, and maybe even upgrade to a higher spec hotel. The children loved it!!

This was our second stay at the Santa Fe and it was just as good as last time. We didn't use the express check in this time, but it actually worked to our advantage as the lovely lady on reception offered us bunk beds for the children, which gave us more space in the room and meant no arguing from the children.
The room was clean and comfortable for the short amount of time we were in it and house keeping cleaned round and replaced towels everyday.
Breakfast was fine and a good start to our day.
We were in a block next to the river which was perfect when we walked to and from the park, which is much easier than the shuttle bus.

We viewed the hotels on Disney park and chose Santa Fe for the good price. People have to remember that places like this will charge more than usual for food, gifts etc. The staff were very polite and helpful and spoke good English. We booked Disney to make the most of the parks and as we were in the parks from 8am until 10-11pm at night, the hotel done exactly what we needed and provided a place to sleep. The room was bright and cheerful and was cleaned every day so it was nice to come back to made beds and cleaned bathroom etc.
we found getting down to breakfast early was best and the children were happy with the choice of croissants and nutella/jam.
Shop staff were kind and had no problems picking up photos that we had sent to the hotel from the parks. There are a lot of queues in the park which is why when we go back next year we have booked a hotel that provides the fastpass as well as the early pas,but other than that we were very happy with Santa Fe.

We stayed in this hotel from the 26th till the 30th May 2014, having sayed here numerous times with no problems at all, on arrival, even though it was early morning, the 1 member of staff that was around didnt seem very interested and gave the impression she really didnt want to be there, after a better check in later that day to gain access to our rooms we discovered that there was no kettle or toiletries in the rooms, after asking everywhere possible we were told sorry all kettles gone, all you brits have taken them !!, it took us just over a day to manage to get hold of a kettle,
the cleanliness of the hotel was ok , but definitely not up to its normal standard, the towels in the rooms smelt musty and not clean. Staff quite rude on the information desk , well that was when there was someone there, seemed to not be bothered.

after visiting Disneyland Paris 14 times since it opened we have decided that we would not stay in this hotel again

overall we have decided that
