A spotless themed village feel. Functional accommodation with comfy beds. No hair drier and mini nap toiletries ( bar of soap and a bit of shampoo). Loved the wide streets of Wild West themed buildings. Our group of children loved it. Breakfast very basic- tinned fruit salad, mass produced croissants, cereal and drinks, but to be expected for the star rating.
Very convenient for all the Disney facilities and very comfy beds.

We stayed here over Easter having taken our first trip to DLP. The hotel in itself is fine - actually a really child friendly feel to it - particularly with the decor and Cars theme. The rooms are in blocks of 25 or so, and there are quite a lot of these blocks. Its nice that they're all ground levee, however, as there are so many of these blocks, you soon realise at Breakfast time JUST how many people are staying at the Santa Fe - over 3000! SO you can imagine the logistics - getting 3000 people to breakfast, then all piling on a bus which states they are every 10 minutes (realistically every 25 minutes) and you have you problem - pure carnage! We were thankful for the mild, dry weather which meant we could walk the 30 minute jaunt to the park. We did travel twice by shuttle bus - but due to the rudeness and impatience of others and it being an aggressive free-for-all meant we wouldn't use this mode of transport again! We had 4 adults, 2 6 year old and 2 small toddles in buggies meant that we never got to get on the same bus to travel and that some 'adults" had no respect for young children which included than using physical force and a lot of toe trading and elbowing to ensure they got a space on the bus. Really not ideal and so very rude of other so called human beings ! As much as the hotel was fine - I think ill save us and pick a hotel closer to the park.

We recently stayed at the Disney Hotel Santa Fe over the May half term and have to say I was pleasantly surprised.
With it being at the lower end of the pricing for the Disney Hotels I was slightly nervous with what to expect, however the hotel was a perfect base for our recent trip to Disneyland Paris.
The rooms were very clean, the restaurant had all you needed, admittedly it was very busy during breakfast but you get used to the queues and crowds! The staff were friendly and very efficient.
The shuttle bus to the Disney Parks was regular and easy to find.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, there is no point paying more for a base whilst you are at Disney as you spend so little time in your room and at the hotel.

Stayed here from 29 May til 2june ,the hotel rooms are clean ,beds are comfortable and bathroom small but functional with plenty of clean towels, tiny bottle of Mickey Mouse shower gel ,not what I've read others say about there being plenty of it .when you get a card for your breakfast time you can still go down anytime that suits ,we went at 7the first morning and it was busy but ok ,then we went at 8.30 ,omg it was crazy ,people everywhere with trays if food ,kids running around and I've never come across such rude pushy people in my life ,I have to be honest and say it was the French people ,they walk straight in to you and not even acknowledge that they have seen you .The bus to the parks takes about 3 mins but again the French people will step over your child in the buggy to get on front .our check in and out was very quick ,no one else there but I seen other days when there were about 200 people in the queue .for the time you spend in the hotel it's ok but if you arrive back early and want a snack eg pizza or burger there is nothing ,only a buffet (which you don't want if had dinner already )or some awful ready made sandwiches .The bar is an extension of the so called resturant (canteen) no atmosphere or entertainment so I would stay here for somewhere clean to put your head down after a long day in the park but not somewhere to relax and unwind after a long day in the parks

Because this hotel is a little further out than some of the other hotels the bus queue for us was a nightmare, and we went off peak so I couldn't imagine how bad this would be in the busy periods. No matter how long you queue and even if you are first in the queue once the bus comes the queue is not managed at all and the queue will push and shove so that half of your family will be left behind and forget it if you have a pram. The hotel reception was not the cleanest and the hotel itself has a strange lay out. The hotel plan is very strange where you stay in little groups of rooms that are dotted all over a vast area of the hotel grounds so once you have checked in you walk for ages outside and come to lines of mini "apartment buildings".

Room Tip: If you need to book more than one room make sure you ask for 2 together or at least 2 in the same &q...

I stayed in this hotel with a friend at the end of February beginning of March where we were visiting the Disney Parks for 3 days.

I have previously stayed in this hotel with family in 2007.

This is the perfect budget hotel for Disney that can be used as a base.

The rooms are basic and brightly decorated which is nice for children. I think our room had a Cars theme. The room was very clean & we had two double beds which were comfortable. I don't recall hearing much noise of an evening either.

It's about a 20 minute walk from the park but there is also a shuttle bus which runs every 10 minutes & takes about 2 minutes to reach the park which is ideal.

As we were booked in for half board, we did eat in the buffet in the hotel one of the nights we stayed, all the food I tried from the buffet was very tasty, especially the fajitas! There was a lot of a choice which is good for fussy eaters like myself!

We also ate in Annette's Diner which is located in the park as you can use the food tickets there where you pick from a set menu. I was pleasantly surprised with the food, it was very tasty and I would say it was good value for money as the portion sizes where quite large & you got 3 course & a drink.

It was also ideal that when you check out if you still have a full day before travelling home the hotel will store your luggage so you don't need to carry it round.

If I visit Disneyland Paris again I would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect budget base hotel for our trip. Couldn't of asked for much more.

We stayed with our 2 children for 4 nights at the end of May. We stayed at the Dream Castle Hotel a few years ago but wanted to be in one of the Dinsney Hotels & as this was the cheapest decided to book it.

It was quite slow at check in in & took about half an hour, but we were pleased with our room as we asked for a lake view & it was at the end of the coridoor on the 4th floor so was nice & quiet & was very clean & tidy. We had about a 5 min que for breakfast on the first day but for the rest of the time got straight in. Breakfast was fairly simple so don't expect too much with bread rolls, croissants, fruit salads, cereals. A lot were making up sandwiches & taking pain au chocolates to take into the parks for snacks. There was an all you can eat evening buffet for around 28 Euros but we ate in the parks.

We used the shuttle bus every day to get too & from the park which only took a few mins & runs on a regular basis all through the day. We were in the Parks at 9am & not back to the hotel until late at night but it was a nice hotel at a good price & we would stay there again.

Room Tip: We got a Lake View which was nice & quiet away from the main building
