We arrived after a long journey and totally understood the room would not be ready till 3pm. 3pm arrived and our key card would not work (as with 6 others in our group). We all had to go back to Reception (quite a walk) to be issued with new key cards. Ourselves and one other had to go back a 2nd time (they would NOT come out). Our friends then worked but ours didn't. Back we went a 3rd time, this time a staff member did come assuming it was us, they had the same problem. By this time it was 4pm! Back we all went for a 4th card and, you guessed it, that didn't work so Maintenance were called. They couldn't sort it so they wanted to move us right to the opposite end of the complex, miles from family and rest of the group to which we refused and eventually we were moved to a building nearer our group. We eventually got into our room at 5.15pm! The customer service we received was atrocious, we were offered a cup of coffee for our troubles which we flatly refused. After that the room was basic and clean.More
