We have stayed at several of Disneyland Paris' budget resort hotels and this is ok for the money.

It is not dirty, but not spotless. There were several broken things in the room, missing handles on drawers, lights not working and so on. But it is fully in keeping with the Disneyland resort in Paris as so much there is in a state of disrepair.

One thing that did concern me was the use of heavy plant machinery in areas accessible to children with no cordoned off area to keep the children out. Very poor show really.

Hotel was ok, staff friendly, room quiet and comfortable. Needs the magic putting back in as it has all but gone.

Very clean rooms, comfortable and nice designs. They also have horses and ponies outside for the kids to ride. Beds are comfortable. Location was very good. The only downside for us was the breakfast, really very poor choice and manic and of course extremely expensive but this is everywhere in Disneyland.

A beautiful hotel based on wild west. Woody from Toy Story is also there. Picturesque houses with names from wild west, horses, and details that really put you in the mood. Great hotel to start your visit in Disneyland.

Can't say we would have a lot of negatives about this hotel.
Its location is fantastic as you are just beside Disney land (10 minute walk) although there is a regular free bus to the parks every few minutes ( they can be a little crowded at the end of the night after the fireworks show)
Check in was very easy and fast. Our room was clean and had all we needed for the short time we were in our rooms each day.
Breakfast was very average. Cereal, croissants and toast would be the height of things with a little fruit. (A tip would be to stock up on supplies and bring them to Disney in a back pack as it is very expensive in Disney even for a midday snack!!
Every morning the Disney characters were in the reception area to have your photos taken, (you do find the french do not know the meaning of get in line or wait your turn, they just push in front of you which did result in me getting into an arguement at one point as it becomes a little irratating)
All in all we had a brilliant time and would go back :-)

We arrived after a long journey and totally understood the room would not be ready till 3pm. 3pm arrived and our key card would not work (as with 6 others in our group). We all had to go back to Reception (quite a walk) to be issued with new key cards. Ourselves and one other had to go back a 2nd time (they would NOT come out). Our friends then worked but ours didn't. Back we went a 3rd time, this time a staff member did come assuming it was us, they had the same problem. By this time it was 4pm! Back we all went for a 4th card and, you guessed it, that didn't work so Maintenance were called. They couldn't sort it so they wanted to move us right to the opposite end of the complex, miles from family and rest of the group to which we refused and eventually we were moved to a building nearer our group. We eventually got into our room at 5.15pm! The customer service we received was atrocious, we were offered a cup of coffee for our troubles which we flatly refused. After that the room was basic and clean.

Room Tip: All rooms were basic and there was no choice

We stayed here on the 23rd - 26th July. Once off the TGV from Charles de Gaulle the hotel was very easy to get to using the hotel shuttle bus. There are specific stops for the Disney hotels and the buses run every 10 mins. The check in was great as the reception staff were extremely helpful. The hotel is set in a frontier town and is pretty big. You are allocated a breakfast slot as breakfast time is mayhem but you can go down at anytime but between 8 am and 9am you will have to queue to get in. Breakfasts are basic, toast, jam, tinned fruits, croissants and cereal with tea, coffee and pain au chocolate. Between 8 am and 11.25 disney characters appear at the front of the hotel for you to get autographs and pictures taken. The shuttle bus runs to the park from 6:30am until 1 am. The train station is right out side the park gates. We had half board at the hotel which gave us breakfast, a snack and drink and a dinner. You can use your dinner voucher in any of the hotels and certain restaurants in the park. These are printed on your voucher. We found the best and most central place to eat was the plaza gardens as the food was good with a varied selection. The baked ham was very tasty! If you don't have the food vouchers eating at disney is expensive and can cost around 65 - 70 euros for an adult and a child to have have dinner and around 30 euros for lunch. The only complaint I had regarding the hotel was that the information desk staff were helpful apart from one Spanish girl, if you are soanish then she is very willing to help but if you are not then she is very unhelpful. When I asked what type of food was served at billy bobs she just replied meat. When I asked if other food such as pasta etc was served she continued to say meat! We needs up booking billy bobs
as everything else was full but the food there was basic and not up to much as it was tex mex style. All in all we has a good stay at this hotel, the rooms could have done with a lick of paint but were clean and we were only really there to sleep and out all day. Ohh and there was a safe to put your valuables in too.

I was pleasantly surprised at the standard, clean, nicely decorated in a cowboy theme- My daughter and I shared a room which had a double bed and 2 bunks and en suite bathroom. It might be a squeeze for 4 but its only a place to crash. The room has a tv with kids channels - I asked at reception and was loaned a kettle for the room and an adaptor plug- both free of charge- just a small deposit required which was refunded when the items were returned. The hotel states it is 10- 15 mins walk to the park but it took us less than 10 and it is a nice walk along the river.
Reception was a litlle busy for checkout so ensure you leave enough time for this, All in all this was a pleasant surprise- I expected something basic like a travelodge type hotel but it really felt like part of the disney park experience with the decor ,and charachters at reception every morning- I would return
