Being a two key hotel, we weren't expecting much from the room but were pleasantly surprised.
We had an unexpected free upgrade to a room in Wyatt Earp block which was close to reception, the well stocked shop and the bar (Red Garter Saloon) and the breakfast room/restaurant (the Chuck Wagon Cafe).
Our room was very clean and didn't seem dated at all, the bath was probably the only thing that was in need of a refurb, but it was still adequate and I have no complaints with the shower.
The Wild West touches about the room were very welcome, i.e. A cowboy boot lamp base, Western style paintings on the bunk beds and the room blocks are themed so well that it looks like a proper Western town. There are also pony rides for a couple of hours in the mornings for children up to 135cm in height which you pay for at the shop.
Breakfast is standard continental type and can get very busy, the early slots and the later slots tend to be the least busy.
You can find two characters here in the mornings though these are due to stop in November at all onsite hotels.
The only problem we had was that house keeping only left one tiny bottle of shampoo/shower gel between the four of us and didn't replenish them, the matter was simply resolved with a quick word at reception and they sent housekeeping to our room with several more bottles a few minutes later.
If you don't fancy the busy free buses to and from the parks, the walk via the Disney Village is very easy, well sign posted and quite pleasant, we hardly used the buses at all.
All in all the Cheyenne is a great hotel which my kids preferred to the 5 key Disneyland Hotel we stayed in in February! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Went on a Disneyland girls holiday with my sister and our friend and we were sold on this hotel due to the decor, main selling point being the boot shaped lamp! Driving through past all the hotels in the park before arriving at the Cheyenne only confirmed we had made the right choice as all the other hotels were very plain and just hotel looking from the outside where as the Cheyenne was built up like a country and western town. Our room was a good size and beds were comfortable. The shop located in the hotel was a good size and staff very helpful and friendly. The only negative was being charged €7 for 3 tea bags and a handful of milk pots once we had ran out in the room. The food was average but there was a lot of choice. We will 100% be staying here again on our next visit :)

What a great place to stay x set up like you're in the Wild West this place is perfect to explore Disney from. Superior to uk 2 star hotels with good size clean rooms nice showers and no breakfast queues. Only down side was key cards often didn't work to get into rooms and quite a walk to reception and no brown bread or pieces of fruit for breakfast (just mushy fruit salad) but really didn't detract from great place. Daily Disney character photo shoots for kids and donkey rides too and with shuttle buses so frequent and taking less than ten mins it's a perfect base for Disney and is stay again.

Just got back from 5 days at Disney. This hotel is perfect. In the style of the Wild West, hotel is divided in blocks. We stayed in the Anne Oakley block, ideal for getting to bus, river and main hotel. Very quiet. Room is cleaned daily and all towels are changed too, which is rare for a hotel.
Breakfast is a bun fight as no order to system, but that's not a problem as there is lots of seating. Basic breakfast of bread, ham and cheeses. Buffet lunch and dinner available, over priced but good if your deal includes vouchers.

If I came to disney again I would stay here.

Visited with wife and 2 year old.

Room Tip: Ask for Annie Oakley block

We have stayed at several of Disneyland Paris' budget resort hotels and this is ok for the money.

It is not dirty, but not spotless. There were several broken things in the room, missing handles on drawers, lights not working and so on. But it is fully in keeping with the Disneyland resort in Paris as so much there is in a state of disrepair.

One thing that did concern me was the use of heavy plant machinery in areas accessible to children with no cordoned off area to keep the children out. Very poor show really.

Hotel was ok, staff friendly, room quiet and comfortable. Needs the magic putting back in as it has all but gone.

Very clean rooms, comfortable and nice designs. They also have horses and ponies outside for the kids to ride. Beds are comfortable. Location was very good. The only downside for us was the breakfast, really very poor choice and manic and of course extremely expensive but this is everywhere in Disneyland.
