“Good value for money airport hotel”

Clean, attractive lobby, friendly staff, good food and only 10mins from CDG airport by courtesy van. You have to go to the 5th floor above the Train station area to be picked up by the courtesy van. I arrived at 9pm and it took 30mins for it to arrive. The rooms are good size with comfortable bedding and modern décor. Good quality amenities too.

I booked the hotel for one night and the pick up/drop off from the airport was very good. the service provided by the staff at reception and the restaurant for breakfast was excellent. I will definitely be booking this hotel again.

Like many guests at an airport hotel, I flew in during the evening, grabbed a quick nights sleep and left in the morning after breakfast.
The reception on arrival was impressive and the staff courteous and helpful, in excellent English.
However, on reaching the room the details let the good image down. The surfaces in the bathroom weren't quite as clean as they could be (you could see where water had dried around objects). The hairdryer was well worn and wouldn't work. The bath filled when taking a shower. The seperate toilet had a strange smell.
On a positive note the room was quiet, important in an airport hotel!
The breakfast in the morning was also almost there but not quite! The buffet choice was pretty good but the food lacked quality, disappointing for a French hotel.
Overall there was nothing major wrong but I''ve stayed in much better Radisson Blu hotels.

Trasportation from airport to hotel was ok, even tough not very many indication regarding convenience bus stop are installed in the terminal; rooms were mean and run down; breakfast was extremely expensive so opted out at the early beginning; internet coverage was ok in the looby and in the room. Transportation from hotel to airport was timely and well appreciated

I am glad to read that you appreciated to use the free shuttle bus it is very helpful for our customers as it is starting from 5:15 am to 11:30 pm everyday.

As we offer you a free wifi connection it is the best way to be connecting everywhere, our guest are often business people so our priority is to respond to meet your needs

Regarding our American Breakfast , as we welcome customers of various nationalities it is essential for us to propose in every customer a breakfast similar to the one who could get at home.

After waiting in line to check in for over 15 minutes, other customers were allowed to cut in front of me at the insistance of the the reception staff. After finally being allowed up to the desk, the receptionist was interrupted by several telephone calls even though there was another receptionist there with no customers. Was charged for mini bar service even though I didn't have a key to access the mini bar. No type of records showing that I was issued a key for the mini bar, just charged. They did refund the charge only after I made a huge complaint. This seems illegal.

We were only staying for 1 night prior to flying out of Paris after 2 weeks around France but 1 night was more than enough. Room and all communal areas clean and spacious and to be honest I don't expect alot from an airport hotel but distance from the actual airport was a lot further than I expected for the price and location of hotel was less than salubrious. Added to that were the armies of ants in the restaurant at breakfast. When we advised staff they shrugged shoulders and we had to ask to move ourselves rather than them offer. Quality of breakfast, with or without ants, poor.
Pool area large but needed some maintenance and cleaning.
Definately would not stay again.
