No where close to its brand name. I believe it isn't maintained by Radisson itself but some other franchise. The AC donot work properly. We were 35 ppl on a group tour and many of them had similar complains. It wasn't very bad but I wasn't happy with it because we couldn't sleep properly the whole night. The windows had no option of opening so we were left with no choice but try to see in a warm oven.

It is a deep regret to read that you meet an issue with the Air Conditioning . We reported to our Engineering Department and and I assure you we are working diligently to ensure a similar situation does not occur again in the future.

This hotel really needs to be updated. The decor is old and dark. The room service was quick and the food was good.The air conditioner did not work in my room. But the staff was very attentive to my problem and I was in a new room very quickly. (Thanks Julia!). The room itself was comfortable. The shuttle from CDG is quick.

This property is not near the airport. Plan 30 minutes between erratic shuttle schedule and long ride. They charge 50 Euros for early arrival! Breakfast area is not clean. Front desk people are pleasant. There are several better choices at CDG. Not up to Radisson Blu standards at all.

Happy with the available parking and efficient check in, helpful smily staff . Delighted our room had a double and single bed - not a foldaway. Was a bit disappointed when I spotted the interconx door, but well sound proofed and no noise to report. There seemed to be a few coach loads of guests, quite busy. The corridors were quite orange and dark and really quite orange. Think this could do with a bit of brightening with cream paint. Dinner on the terrace was lovely with good food & smiling helpful staff also. The pool was an added bonus. We decided to stay for a few days than at Disneyland and delighted we did, only 20 min drive to the park each day.

My second stay at this hotel, it is well placed for short stay during transit through Charles De Gaulle. My stays have been longer due to business commitments. The Reception is ok but can be slow, the restaurant is good service but expensive if you are staying more than a couple of nights. The rooms are comfortable but due a refurbishment. Internet is good in the public areas but poor if your room is at the far end of the hotel, room corridors are not well lit. Kettle in the room which is nice:-). 3 pin power sockets in my room which helped. No safe.

we chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and had a free shuttle but the airconditioning did not work in our room . they did switch rooms but the 2nd room did not work either. we will choose a different hotel next time

OK, so American's want what we want when we want it - and we don't want to have to pay extra. Following a pleasant 12 hour trek with 2 flights (seriously the flights were fine), we arrive at 8am Paris time to find that our rooms are not available until 3 pm, but maybe they can be ready in 2 hours. Long story short, we were finally advised that our rooms could be ready early - for an extra $50 euros, 4 hours later. Once we got to the rooms, we should have napped in our rental car. Pitiful, HVAC inoperable, clogged sink, shower door broken, filthy carpet.

We want to apologize for the inconveniences in your arrival with the early check in to 50€uros, our policy is to get earlier the room or keep the room there is 50 €uros to pay.
For you future stay, when the reservation will be made just add a comment and request for an early check in, to be sure that the next time you will get the room earlier that 03:00 pm without extra charges.
