We picked this hotel again because of the enjoyable stay before & a restaurant close by. We had 3 rooms & breakfasts booked for our stay as we were heading to Honfluer next morning. This group are budget but all was clean, beds comfy, breakfast good for the price. Reception guy very pleasant on booking in. Quiet nights sleep for us all . Safe parking is most welcoming.

The hotel is on the extreme East side of Evreux so you have to travel through the town to get there which us not a problem if you have satnav. The rooms and in general the property is big, newly constructed and well maintained. Checkin out of office hours is automated with no staff. Parking is aplenty & was never an issue. However the whole town of Evreux locks down at approximately 9pm, no food delivery or restaurans after 10om willing to serve food (even uf there are 27 people ). There is a restaurant right next door but unless you get there by 9.50pm you will go hungry as our group found out. AVOID Evreux like the plague if you can!!!

We have used this hotel a few times. It's in a convenient location for exploring the Eure valley which is delightful.

Our most recent stay was disappointing. We were kept awake with a lot of banging and crashing.. and at 2 am some inconsiderate guests yelling from one end of the corridor to the other. With a long journey ahead of us the next day, this was no fun. We didn't stop to complain the next morning as the man at reception was already being harangued by the same noisy guests who appeared to be objecting to something or other. My advice? Look up the French public holiday dates and avoid them like the plague. Especially if they are offering a bargain price too.. it seems to put everyone in party mood and some will spend the savings on a few crates of beer to take to the room after the receptionist has clocked off...

Concerned that the parking was NOT pedestrian locked.

Also, disabled users be advised that the disabled rooms are upstairs. Yes, there is a lift but one wonders what on earth the situation would be in a power cut/fire. Don't rely on there still being a disabled parking space for you should you venture out to a restaurant!

I got there after 9 and the gate to the carpark was closed as was reception.
You need to check-in with the machine and then walk back out to drive in.
Bit annoying and even more so as it was raining. The room was ok - simple and
clean but the bed was as hard as a rock and it was like sleeping on the floor.
The breakfast is ok and overall it's ok value for money.

We stayed there one night on my way to spain, and there was no body in reception so we had to use automatic check in which didn't open the door, somebody left the door open for me on thier way out. The worst thing is the heating didn't work and there is no phone in the room or anybody in reception to speak to, there was one thin blanket and two small pillos each. We basicly did't sleep all night we were freezing, we complaned in the morning to the manager and so did other people and he did't give a monkey about it, he just shaked his shoulders and said thanks for your stay. It was just a night from hell.

Room Tip: Look for another hotel.
