We had just come in from a 3-hour dog sled ride, and looking forward to spending the night in the Igloo Hotel at Sorrisniva. We expected comfort food of a lodge out in the wilderness, but instead got exceptional food by a trained chef. We ate every morsel and wanted more... I encourage everyone to have all three courses, we only had two, but now wished we had ordered three.
