I have been to Sunderland dogs many times and take advantage of their offers of cheap nights out. The view from the restaurant is great and the food is good too, you dont even need to leave the building to have a bet. A great night out for friends, stag nights etc....

its a good venue for a party with a racing theme . Lots of coach trips with hen parties a bit of a rough crowd if you are last ones in good luck. Be aware its in the middle of nowhere so you need a taxi or the car

Eagerly anticipated our first visit to the venue for the Halloween night, tickets purchased and off we went. We arrived at 5.30 knowing we would have to get seats as it was a sell out, given the party started at 6pm we thought it was a safe bet!..It was raining hard and having kids with us we assumed we could wait in the lobby, the doorman refused to allow the kids stand in the lobby whilst he stood there with the door open glugging a brew...we were made to wait until 5.55pm before we were allowed in..lots of angry people were there at that point, all soaked through. The manager made an appearance, think he needs some serious customer service training, rude...to be polite. Night was average, didnt seem organised well...Thank god for the bar, you need a drink to dull the experience.
