Visited this many of times with my son of 3 and friend's children.....
Very friendly staff in different area.
Price very reasonable.

-A huge soft play area over 4 floors with rope bridge, slides, tunnel slide and ball pool.
-Small selection for younger children.
-Large area for balls.
- Race cars (that you can drive) extra £1.
- large bouncy castle.
- Area with plastic toys ie seasaw, push along cars.

Cafe is very reasonable with old and cold food, and hot drinks in a cup rather than a paper cup...

Toilet's are checked regular but you do find them a little untidy at times - no fault to the staff but the parents not checking on their own kids.
Shop, hairdressers and photographer on site if you want a pamper.......

Negative points:
*Parents not checking on their children - its your responsibility it will be a different story if they get hurt them I'm sure they will be blaming the staff.
*Sometimes in the afternoon can be a bit dark I think I lick of white paint would brighten it up.

We sure will be back its definitely one of the best soft play's in Sunderland and the staff do a fantastic job - Well done :)

Okay, so yesterday, I took my sister and nephew (11 + 5) to here, we got inside for £9.50 for an adult and two children (50P to watch your kids, are they kidding?) and for about 2 hours, the children played nicely, my nephew even playing with several school friends (the unions were striking, so the school was closed) until three older children arrived, and started bullying my nephew. After about 15 minutes of them arguing, my sister threatened the older boys. In the end, I complained, the staff member was polite about it, but said she was sick of her bringing him into work with her when the schools were off, the damn bully was a staff members son.

Also, the food gave me the runs. Avoid at all costs, or take smaller children when the schools are in to avoid the influx of troublesome older children.

Nice sunday morning for my 5 & 3 year olds as a treat, however my boy landed on a girl on the bouncy castle and as I was explaining what he had done and has to say sorry, the girls knuckle dragging dad came over and threatened to brake my legs. I guess some visitors to this establishment think saying sorry was the wrong thing to do.

Bring my kids here most Saturdays and the love it, it is expensive to get in and all the staff tend to congregate outside for a fag which isn't very nice, the food had always been ok, the thing that always gets me is how freezing cold the place is, all in all as someone else said, kids love it and adults hate it.

It was the Easter holidays and with me being in year 11 I had to go in to do revision, so as I finished at 1 I walked round cookies to meet my nana and nephew, whom were already in, to find that I had to pay 50 p just to go in and sit down. When I walked in the place looked a mess, the tables were scruffy, still had empty plates on them which no one had come to collect. Once id been there an hour my nana offered me something to eat, so she ordered me some chips to find them cold by the time they got there. As it was time to leave my nana sent me in the play area to get my nephew and as I went in there was children just being horrible to everyone and the place looked a mess there was actually sick which no one had bothered to come and clean up. All in all I don't think I will return, I'd rather take my nephew to the wessington two minutes away and more than half the price.
