We have visited this restaurant on several occasions on different days of the week and the food and the service has always been excellent. The decor and surroundings are of a high standard and in addition to this you are able to take your own alcohol drinks at the moment which avoids excessive restaurant prices for drinks

Came in early one Sunday evening we were only people in although a few other couples arrived as we were eating. They do a £10 early bird menu every day between certain times but all night on a Thursday and Sunday. You get a starter, main, rice and dessert. The food was really lovely and one of the nicest Indian restaurants we have tried. The service was quick and friendly. It's bring your own booze with a small corkage fee. We will come back!

Had a takeaway from here last night ~ very bland food. The bhaji's were comically small and the chapati was like an old shoe. And the food was cold.

This is the first time me, family & friends visited this restaurant, 16 in total. We had heard good reviews so decided to visit for my 30th.

The food was excellent & very delicious, best Indian food in Sunderland at the moment.

We didn't have to wait very long for food & it was well presented. It was very hot in the restaurant, but it had been a warm day. You can take your own alcohol & the staff provide glasses etc for a £1 corkage charge. Our waiter was a little grumpy at times, but all in all we would definitely recommend this restaurant & will definitely go back.
