Called in last night, friendly welcome, good parking and easy to find. Very friendly bar staff, and friendly waiting staff, who actually smiled and had time to talk and explain the menu

Good service and the food was hot and clearly home made, the ham and mustard pie with home made chips with the skins on and Scampi were very good, well prepared and plentiful, also the home made puddings were really excellent, nothing from a packet.

Would highly recommend, and clearly from how bust it was by 7pm, a very popular pub, made very good, by the friendly bar and attentive young manager, will definitely visit again.

We popped in for lunch whilst visiting the area. What first impressed was the friendly welcome and helpfulness of the waitress who also doubled up behind the bar.
We took her recommend of the 'Fish Friday Deal' and were not disappointed. A good sized serving of tasty fish & chips, with an interesting take on the peas, together with tartare sauce at a very reasonable price.
The inside of the pub is nicely laid out & there is plenty of seating outside too. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Have driven past the Plough Inn on numerous occasions so armed with a Groupon voucher decided to try it out. Warm and friendly greeting on entering quickly shown to a table and drinks followed. Good menu choice so decided to go for a three course meal, food was tasty and an ample portion size. Service from the staff was excellent, if you are passing this way why not pop in and try it youself.

Booked a table last minute for 6 of us and accommodated us in the restaurant.

Was such a lovely meal and huge portions. We had starters, mains and desserts and was really reasonably priced.

Lovely staff who were very accommodating and helpful. My son was spoilt with extra treats on his meal.

Cannot fault any part of the meal or service.

All freshly made but the wait time was really good, food was all served together and was all piping hot.

Pies were amazing! And starters were huge!
