I would recommend this resort to those travel with family in car. The chalet has kitchen (complete cookware), washing machine & dry machine, dish washer, BBQ set (also we didn't use) & fireplace if you feel cold (like us)! The resort is near to forest and we saw wild animals like kangaroo & rabbits in the resort.

However, you would need vehicle to reach this resort and it was pretty quite at night (far from town). Please also note that there is no wifi in the chalet and the resort is undergoing some renovation work (but it didn't cause any trouble to us).

The chalet had everything you need for a get away. The beds are really comfortable, kitchen very well equipped if you feel the need to cook. TV great.
Quite, we never heard another person although it was fully booked. Close to all the wine farms. A great stay down South if you don't want to be on the beach.

Stayed as a couple in Chalet 1, early January. I would say this property is excellent value for money, with the chalet taking up to 4 Adults.

The chalet amenities were better than anything I've experienced in the Margaret River region. The owners clearly know what they are doing, and seem to have provided a 'home away from home' level of accommodation. Most of all, it was very clean and felt new when we arrived.

The view of the lake and surrounds was pretty, and the long winding driveway made it quite picturesque and calming after returning from a busy day out and about.

The Manager, Keith was happy to sort out a booking error and was very friendly and approachable.

Overall, good product, good service and I think a bit of a hidden gem.

Looking forward to returning.

Stumbled upon this place online, made a late booking at short notice. A real find. Lovely cabin style apartment, very new, clean, tidy with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. A great place for an extended family break in a countryside location near to the wineries.

We recently stayed in chalet #5, which had a great view of the lake and friendly Kangaroos that come and visit just before sunset and early in the morning. Needless to say our friend visiting from overseas loved it! Very impressed with all the little details they thought about such as having nice cold water in a jug after driving around the wineries with 35C+ heat. Also not a mega complex with lost of people peering through, nicely tucked in and close to the beach and wineries, highly recommend it!

I recently stayed here on the weekend just gone and I was blown away by how beautiful this place is. We stayed in chalet 5 which had a lovely view of the lake and the chalet itself was perfect! It had everything we needed for our weekend away, it was well equipped, modern and cosy. My only negative comment is all the pillows aren't that comfortable so bring your own but otherwise it has everything you need including a complimentary bottle of wine! The chalets look exactly as they are pictured on the website. The owners also made check in and check out a breeze and willy bay is in a perfect location! I would recommend this place to everyone and would definitely stay here again! Thank you Willy Bay!

These self contained chalets are reasonably new and fitted out nicely. Located between Dunsborough and Margaret River they are in a good location to winery hop.
Not all chalets have a view, and they are quite close together so not that private.
Tip - when my wife and I went there was heaps of Mosquitos so take the aroguard.
