Quite simply one of the best overall restaurant experiences you will experience.

If you want arty farty fancy Michelin star fare then don't go here

But if you want great service, rustic real food and a great view then this is the place.

The problem is everything on the menu sounds and looks great.....but you have to make a choice

The lamb chops are brilliant.

The chicken pasta was one of the nicest I've ever tasted but sadly my son wouldn't let me gave anymore of his!

Suckling pig beautiful

Make the effort, book in advance and get a table outside and enjoy a truly special place.....

“Characterful, great service, great food ”
Reviewed 16 July 2014 via mobile

A fabulous location just tucked away off the main strip with a view over the harbour, lovey food at good prices, a very big pasta dish was €8. The service was fantastic, friendly, helpful and went out of their way to give us the best possible experience!

“Nice find”
Reviewed 14 July 2014

Tucked away in a side street this was a little difficult to find at first. Without a reservation we were seated inside and to begin with were the only people in the restaurant. However it soon filled up and the atmosphere was very nice. It seems to be popular with more 'couples' dining than family parties.
The food was well presented and a great menu range. Some of the best fish I've tasted (Sea Bream perfectly cooked). A little disappointed that the chips were not home made but pre prepared' frozen' type. With all the great potatoes in Malta surely some fresh potatoes would complement the otherwise great food even better? Good service and great food at reasonable prices.

“Wonderful find. Worth a visit”
Reviewed 10 July 2014 via mobile

This place sums up everything a restaurant experience should be. Amazing food, professional and friendly service, a great price and a wonderful setting. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Malta. It's a great find and our best dinner in 10 days on Malta.

“What a little Jewel of a place in Malta”
Reviewed 9 July 2014 via mobile

Stayed in Malta on business for a week in July and came across this place on this site.

To keep it short and sweet the food is amazing I had octopus risotto, fillet peperoncino and fig and orange tart.

To sum up excellent food, great wine list with very reasonable prices for some big reds and great friendly staff

Definitely visit this restaurant you will not be disappointed.
