Calamari were crispy and tender; grouper nice, but I prefer Chinese way of cooking it, i.e. steamed fresh from aquarium. Anyway, all was even betten then my rather high expectations. Consider to visit it again.

Went for an early lunch on a Sunday - service was friendly and prompt. They give you some brushcetta and mini arancini which were divine as was their in house bread, filled with garlic....We got a bit full after that so we asked them to hold off for awhile on the main... We both had the steak, it was cooked to perfection... totally tender and mouth watering... There was a good selection of fish but was surprised to not see any shell fish however would definitely go back even though it was on the pricey side but totally worth it... loved it.

We very much enjoyed this great restaurant. We had seafood soup and then I had the salt cooked sea bass. Both were great. They also had O'Melveny amazing bread filled in the center with olives or butter. Before the meal they give you a little treat that is quite tastey.

Had a very short lunch break with a friend ... we both went for the '' Special of the day '' Pasta Nero and a good thing we did.. it was exquisite and seriously..the best black pasta I ever had..better than the one I had in Venice next to Rialto bridge which is supposed to be their famous local dish. I had a glass of house wine which went well with the dish.. we finish it off with the house specialty dessert and an espresso.
Would go again.

Go, run don't walk, and enjoy a special dinner at Sale e Pepe. The waiter was fun, interested, and knew the menu without question. All our meals were superb, and the local Maltese wine as amazing! It's a quick and short walk from the Hilton.
