What do I like about this hotel, well falling asleep to the sound of the waves on the shore (if your not on the air con plant side) and some of the food, can be very good. Its a great place for a base for seeing the island and is on the outskirts of the busy St Julians area, so you do not get the noise fr0m its boisterous night life

Room Tip: Ask for a Gozo view room as it is away from the aircon plant. If you sleep with your windows closed...

Wonderful,Wonderful, Wonderful, Great to get back to the Raddison Blu, this visit was far too short only seven nights this trip, nice to see a lot of the staff that we met on our last stay in August 2011 all as friendly as ever. Have to say the service we received was second to none and a special thank you to Maraka (Guest Relations Manager) for taking care off our individual needs, we shall be going back time and time again, Just a couple of things I should say, we had a great room with sea view, made good use of hotel restaurants, the Bistro which is open 24 hours every day with service that is the best is a real plus, and enjoyed the Bridge bar with entertainment provided.

Room Tip: Corner suites are large with lots of private terrace space

Together with my family, we spent a week end at this hotel to relax and have some time together. I must say that I was impressed at how spacious the rooms are, and all with lovely sea views. Having booked 3 rooms, we were actully upgraded to a suite that had a large living room where we could all play board games and have a good laugh. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast, that was served in the ballroom due to works being carried out where breakfast if usually served, was varied and very good. I am definitely looking forward to another little break here.

Room Tip: obviously the7th floor is the nicest, but rooms may be more expensive ont this floor. Having said t...

Verry nice hotel with verry friendly staff. We were there last february, but I presume it would be better even in summertime, since all outside facilities are open then. Breakfast buffet was great, and was fot the exception in a ballroom with seaview, since they were working in the usual breakfast room. But we enjoyed the ballroom certainly, especially the eggcook !! Everything in the hotel was verry clean. The gentle staaf was always prepared to help for trip info, and also to help for kids, which was great ! We also enjoyed the kinnie drink offered at our arraval which was late at night ! I'm also very happy to have a room with a wooden floor, since I'm allergic to carpets, so I slept as a sleeping beauty in the great bedsin the nicely decorated room, with fine bathroom. For us it was an excellent experiance, certaily to repeat ! Thanks again for the nice stay we had in your hotel !

This hotel may have been a five star hotel a long time ago but it's more like a one star now.I stayed there for a few days and was very dissapointed, the bathroom fittings were old and you were lucky if you got the toilet to flush. My towels were never changed or bed made and when I asked a maid for clean coffee cups she came into the room and washed them up IN THE BATHROOM SINK.The bed linen was stained too and the tv had seen better days. The pool area was small and grubby and some tiles were cracked.
The main bar called the Bridge was ok but the chairs were very worn and the widows were also dirty. You exspect better from a hotel that boosts its 5 star rating.Think twice before you book this hotel.

We stayed for one week and enjoyed every minute of it.We were upgraded to a suite overlooking the sea on our arrival which was brilliant. The food, particularly the breakfast buffet, was excellent. But the main thing was the quality of the staff.Every one of them were friendly and helpful at all times,a special word for the concierge staff who were so friendly and helpful.Location is excellent too only a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants. We will be back.
