I will definitely be there next New Year's eve!!

Very nice and friendly staff - also very helpful.
Hotel and room very clean - including bathroom and toiletries.
Had an amazing time.

I can't find anything negative to say about the hotel. The welcoming, friendly service, the beautiful sea view room, the hotel restaurant, the wonderful breakfast buffet, the quiet location-it was all perfect. My friend's suitcase missed the flight from Rome and didn't arrive to Malta with us. Unfortunately Air Malta was not very efficient but the hotel staff was constantly on their tail trying to help the best way possible. It finally arrived on the 3rd day of our stay and we got the sense from all the hotel staff that they really cared very much. We would definitely return to the Radisson Blu and highly recommend it ;)

Location:
Excellent location of the Hotel for relaxing trip. Sea view from the room was one of the best view from Hotel window I have seen.

Staff:
Friendly staff. Gave all information needed. Check-in and Check-out was done in less than a minute. Hotel lobby and reception had Pleasing ambiance.

Room:
Room was spacious and included good quality double bed, clean toilet, strong quality and speed WiFi. There were more than one elevators present.

Meal:
Breakfast was elaborate with extensive choices. Room service was quick.

General:
Enough parking place available. I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Malta.

We booked the Radisson as it is rated 5 star but it does not live up to its rating the rooms are large and the views are excellent but the furniture is dated and old. We booked a double but it was 2 single beds pushed together with a big zip the beds where very low and uncomfortable the bedding was 2 single duvets which is not desirable. The floor of the rooms is wood and when someone moves a chair or furniture above it makes a noise in the room and wakes you up. The public areas look a bit dated but well laid out the public toilets where disgusting and not very clean the finish in them was cheap and not what you would expect from a Radisson hotel. There was always a smell of drainage in the room and we complained several times but nothing was done. We complained about the beds when we arrived but nothing was done about that either. All in all this is more of a 3 star hotel but charging 5 star prices.

Room Tip: Don't go there unless they renovate them.

Stayed at the Club Suite for 4 days - brilliant! Service was constantly excellent, and at very reasonable prices.

Room service was prompt, housekeeping was attentive and thorough. Buffet breakfast was very well presented and waiting staff was polite and helpful.

We would also like to thank Dorianne Formosa (guest relations manager) whom we met during check-in first and again before check-out during b'fast. She took genuine interest and tried her best to enhance our experience (even though it was impossible to have a better time than we did). We shall contact her soon to book our second visit.
