all good, internet could be better and food for kids is limited unless they you don't mind them not having fruit and veg at lunch and dinner. If you have children ask for a junior suit then you get a great out door area . it cost slightly more but space with kids to play in ,its worth it

Stayed at this hotel 31st December for seven nights.Booked with Mercury Direct flew with Easyjet from Newcastle.
Arrived New Years Eve checked in no problems room was of a high standard.Large room double bed,sea view, large balcony, flat screen TV,plenty of storage and a well equipped bathroom with plenty of toiletries bathrobes and slippers.
There is a safe in the wardrobe which I worked out how to use with trial and error, there is a red button on the back of the internal door which you have to press to reset it is well hidden.
We had prebooked with the hotel for the buffet dinner in the Kontiki restaurant on New Years Eve we had a wonderful evening. The food was outstanding and the entertainment was good.
Breakfast was very good with lots of choices enough to keep you going till evening time.
The Bridge bar had an happy hour 6-30 to 7-30 every evening with local drinks half price which we used every night. They serve food which was very good and reasonably priced.
We had a meal in the Le Bistro restaurant that was also excellent and reasonably priced.
The staff at the hotel were exceptional in all departments.

The hotel has large grounds with tennis courts and two outdoor swimming pools,we managed to find some sheltered spots and relaxed on sunbeds around a pool.
We used the leisure facilities the pool was small got a little bit busy and there was a dry sauna.

We used the local buses to travel to Sliema and Valleta a one day travel ticket cost 2.60 Euros and lasted till 10pm the bus stop is just outside the hotel.

The weather was quite warm on some days but a jacket was required on a night.

We were looking for a relaxing break,we got that and enjoyed our stay in Malta.

Just returned from a two nighter at this hotel.

ROOM:
We were lucky to be upgraded to a huge suite. A truly lovely double aspect room with mammoth terrace on the 6th floor. Floor coverings are dated but I believe these are due an overhaul soon. The bathroom though had been re-modelled and was of excellent quality, except only one towel rail in the area - seems an oversight to me.

Main gripe was the uncomfortable bed - this was disappointing. Let's hope these are renewed as part of the bedroom refurbishment plan.

FOOD:
Breakfast was very good, lots of choice, fresh and appetising. The hotel was running at very low occupancy during our break and this meant the dining hall had a nice relaxed ambience.

We had room service on our second night, sadly only so so - two €12 lamb burgers which were only just ok, being supported by watery yoghurt mint dressing. Shame to be disappointed........all in all tasteless.

We would stay again if securing a good rate.

Room Tip: Seek sea view - they usually cost more but others face the car park or nearby Corinthia

Went for a business trip in early September.

Enjoyed the hotel and location so much that I extended the stay with the hotel for a further 5 days.

Really beautiful views from rooms of the sea.

Poolside bar is fantastic!

Service at the hotel was top quality.

Slight problems with Wifi occasionally and had to move room because of a malfunctioning tv system but these are manageable hiccups. Staff moved the luggage to the new room whilst we were out enjoying the sun so not a problem at all.

If I ever return to Malta would be sure to stay here again.

Room Tip: Choose a sea view room. Worth the money!

What a great hotel, the only problem was it was a little too far for my hubby and myself to walk into town for a cheap drink at night, until we found a bar round the corner on our LAST night. The staff were faultless, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast filled us until night time, it was magnificent hot and very varied.
The sea view we had was second to non, we could see for miles, almost to Gozo!!!! even the rain didn't spoil the best holiday we have had for years, I would love to return. A fantastic hotel who should be very proud of EVERY member of staff, some hospitals in the UK, haven't got staff that look after patients as well as the raddison blu staff look after their guests.
thank you all.

Room Tip: I imagine lower floored rooms facing the pool might be noisy in high season.

My partner and I went to this hotel for 6 nights from the 30th December and I really do like this hotel. The location is 5/10 mins walk from the bars and restaurants; so far enough away not to hear any noise from them and facing the sea with good views. It is on a hill; so keep this in mind if you are less mobile.

Room - Nice décor, large balcony, flat screen TV, plenty of storage space, kettle, trouser press, dressing gowns, slippers, safe, bath with overhead shower and two sinks. Lots of toiletries plus sewing kit and shoe sponge. Oh and a really like the picture of a Maltese scene hanging on the wall.
Mattress a bit firmer than I am used to; but quite comfortable and I did like the two different pillows types on the bed. I do have one tiny niggle that there is a zip join on the mattress and with no mattress topper/protector under the sheet you can feel this.

Restaurants – Breakfast is really good; several juices, tea & coffee, several ham/cheeses, smoked salmon, salad, yogurts, lots of fruits, breads & mini cakes, cooked items with eggs anyway you want.
We booked the New Year’s Eve buffet; it was a bit pricey; but the food was superb with water and a red/white wine included (maybe the management could include a rose wine next year which both myself & partner usually drink)? The singer (Desi Campbell) was excellent and they also had a really good disco in the bridge bar after. Great. Loved it.
We also had a meal in Le Bistro one evening; I had the chicken fillet flat bread & my partner the rabbit which was very nice.
We did charge a few meals/drinks to the room and I did like the fact that when you sign the receipt you also hand over your room key as a double check that the correct room is being charged, it is brought straight back and it did give me confidence that no one could add charges to our room by mistake.

Car parking – there is plenty of parking around the hotel; it is not free; but at 3 euros a day you don’t feel like you are being ripped off.

There is a gym and small indoor pool within the hotel to use and in the summer some very nice sized outdoor pools.

Wi-Fi is free.

On a final note this hotel has some really great members of staff.
